   Came out of box with missing and bent parts. Once put together the control box didn’t work. Wanted a replacement but the unit had been discontinued. Can understand why.

   I heat a pole building and have used torpedo heaters for years. This is much quieter and puts out a large amount of heat. I am completely satisfied. I use diesel in it and there is no smoke. Only complaint is that it has sputtered out a few times when fuel is below half full. You should remember to turn the thermostat down below the current temp when shutting it off so it will enter the cooling mode. If you shut it down with the switch it will not cool. This is a design flaw.

   I got the product in and assembled it. Was pretty easy. Started right up and worked great the first two days I used it. The 3rd day however it started shutting itself off after a minute. I tried to return it but couldn’t. Called the company and they wanted me to pull all the fuel lines off and check if they were plugged. Then they wanted me to remove the fuel nozzle and clean it. I’ve had this thing tore apart now 3 different times and it’s still busted. All I want is them to send me a working unit and I’ll send them this broke one back. No luck so far though. Save your money! Not worth the headache.

   This is a nice efficient heater. There are some learning curves. It is thermostatic controlled , it must be turned up high or the heater will shut off. Then it is difficult to start up again. We use it in a 40×50 barn and would prefer that it run continuously until we shut it off. Also had a problem with the safety grill. Some of the spot welds were broke. We notified Amazon and the company sent us a new one. The price is reasonable, and the delivery was awesome. Other companies said it would be weeks before we could get one. Amazon had this one here in 2 days!

   We purchased the productive and received defective. The seller has been NO HELP AT ALL.

   UPDATE – As of November 2022 – still NO resolution and no refund of the $1,090.64. I am so disappointed that this could take so long with continued efforts for support.
