Problematic and not always easy to light, turns off for no reason and acts like it has bad tilt switch?? Heats a large area very well and does exactly what I thought it would do; just not very reliable and costing lost time from workers trying to make it work.

Came broken & decided to put together using MY OWN SUPPLIES. The handle was so messed up I couldn’t use it. Didn’t care bc I needed to heat my house & couldn’t wait to have another shipped in. Worst product ever received in the worst condition. Honestly would put 0 stars.

I heated up my garage in 3 minutes and it was 5 degrees outside. Had it toasty for 8 hours straight while I was working on my car

Very nice heater! Warms up very quick. Very difficult to lite. To the point we thought it was defective.

the box arrived in bad shape, but the heater seemed to be intact and without any damage. When I took the heater out of the box, I noticed the top heat shield was not connected. I found a few of the nuts and bolts meant to attach it to the support arms, however there weren’t enough. There is no way to reach in and put this together since the mesh is to small to get tools and a finger or two in there to attach it. I would have to take it apart to fully assemble heat shield which seems like more than I want to handle. Pretty sure I’m going to return this, not sure if I’m going to try and get another one, or go a different route.

Being radiant it heated objects not just the air crank it up 10 15 min then lower to maintain in a 24×30 block garage. Remember have a fresh air source

Had a party in my large detached garage (barn), this heated up perfectly.
It is tricky to get it lit, once you figure it out it you golden. That would be the one thing that I would change is a better design for lighting it.

The screws holding the element that glows have all four fallen out. They require a nut which is inaccessible. The ignitor does not work.

This heater works great, it heats my 30x40x12 un insulated shop. You must use a big propane tank, like a pr100 with it. It can burn though a 100 in a day on high. Me and my buddies sit in the shop around it like it’s a fire pit. I use a big pedestal fan on low pointed up at the wall to circulate the heat.I like that it doesn’t need electricity to operate, and is quiet and doesn’t smell bad like my diesel torpedo heater. It would be nice if it had some kind of thermostat, but it’s not a deal-breaker for me.
