I bought this to replace a 17 year old LG air conditioner. The Olmo,s dimensions were smaller than the LG’s, so I had to reframe the wall opening, but I expected to do that. If it lasts as long as the LG unit did, I will be happy.

I’m very disappointed just got this and installed it and it does not get cold. I have sent note to seller so we will see how customer service is but I’m very disappointed at $660 price point one would only expect a working ac unit.

The instructions that came with this sleeve were horrible. The instructions that came with the ac unit itself were contradicting to the instructions that came with the sleeve itself. The sleeve itself were alright to put together but once it came to the foam and the grille none of made any sense. It gives instructions for only half of the foam and half of the grille but the book that came with the unit itself are backwards to the instructions that came with the sleeve. Then it came with 2 plastic dividers and 4 foam blocks that are supposed to sit inside the sleeve with the air conditioner unit. Where are they supposed to fit?? Will never recommend anyone buying this unit. Not to mention if they put everything inside that sleeve that it states in the instructions there would be no room for the unit to breathe let alone fit. Also there are no instructions for the dividers or over half the foam that came with it.
