I liked the lights and the heat output but it’s really loud on high! Turns off whenever it wants sometimes! And then less than 30 days of having it the heat element went out I’ve order a replacement so let’s see how this one does maybe I just got a dud 🤞🏻

I absolutely love this heater.
I seen a girl during my clinical rotation and I knew when I started working , I just had to have one. It’s perfect for desk/office space. Can sit up on counter or even put it floor. And I love how it changes colors ( well you can change them ) adds alittle individual spice to the area !!!

The heater is small but definitely packs a punch,It’s 3 different settings 3&2 you can feel the heat from 5-7feet away however 1 feels coldish and can only feel it from 1-3feet away so I don’t prefer to use that mode. On high it seemed to run for about 15 minutes before the over heat protection kicked in.Its has 8 different colors including a rainbow mode .The only thing I don’t like is the slight stinky smell it gives off when you first use it.

This is a great small heater to warm space in home or office. I loved it so much, I just purchased one for my Mom yesterday. I tried to use it today and it turns on and quickly turns off again. I followed all the suggestions or resolution without success. I will be returning this one, but will be buying another one. I think this one is just a lemon. I gave four stars because it literally stopped working, but when it is working, it works great!

Ontel never bothered to respond to any of my attempts to contact. Closest I could come was a warranty for a different device that required the item to be mailed in to an address, with a description of the issue, and a $10 check or money order if you expect to get it back in any condition. No guarantees of fix or replacement as far as I could tell. It’s only a $25 item, so I’d basically be paying for a new one at that point. It may not be expensive, but I also expect it to last more than 3 months of light use.
Otherwise, I liked it. It has a light, clean design, doesn’t feel *too* cheap, at least on the outside. The tip feature works well, it heats well, had a decent fan, and the lights are pleasant.
I do wish it would remember the previous light color/off.

This small heater works great. It’s definitely worth the money. It’s powerful for the size. This was a good buy for sure!
