I used an older Ozone generator that worked quite well. That quit working after a 2 years of only a couple uses. I think because it sat around and didn’t have an enclosed case, it got dust and dirt on the ozone plates and lost it’s mojo. Even tho this one is constructed exactly the same, it has a metal case and a built in timer, so I expect it to last MUCH longer. The timer is a game changer and prevents over long sessions that are probably hard on the plates. This one also produces LOTS of ozone so be prepared to vacate once you turn it on. I would also suggest sealing it in a bag in a box for storage. Works great for home, auto, and our RV.

I used this in my old car that had a mouse issue. After the carpets and interior were cleaned there was still a lingering odor. I ran the Ozone Generator for 15 minutes and aired the car out for the rest of the day. It worked! No more odor.
