set timer for 30 minutes on Tuesday did not return to house until Friday evening and it was still running!!!!
Lucky the machine did not burn up. Could not return to house for two days the smell was awful

I ordered this ozone generator to remove odors from a house previously owned for several decades by heavy smokers. It’s very important to read all the information on this item as well as other sources, watch some videos, talk to others who have used ozone machines, etc. I did quite a bit of studying before even determining that this was the next option I wanted to try. Then I learned about how to use it as well as where and why to use it. No living things can be in the building when in use, not even plants!
When you’re educated and ready to use it, you simply position it, plug it in, set the timer, and leave- making sure to follow all directions with care and remove all living things FIRST. We cleared the entire home and used this machine in 4 sections and then in the garage. When the timer finishes, the ozone generator turns off. Ventilate as instructed, and enter only when safe. This process seems to have worked pretty well to eliminate odors and hopefully any mold and pests as well.

I use the Ozone Generator 24000mg/h High Capacity Ozone Generator Odor Removal Deodorizer Ozonator for Home in a large room where I store all of my hunting clothes and equipment. I have another similar ozone generator that runs 24/7 as well. This ozone generator is used anytime there is a change made in the room such as returning items after a hunting trip and quarterly when I open large storage containers. I find this a very effective process to keep unwanted odors out of clothing and equipment to keep them ready for my trips. I also keep two other ozone generators running 24/7 in my RV and truck to keep items scent free.
This ozone generator is very effective at keeping my hunting room and its contents scent free and ready. It’s a sturdy and durable unit that is simple, straight-forward and easy to operate without having to be run full-time. It simply requires being plugged into a 110 – 120VAC receptacle, turn on the timer, close the door to the room and walk away. The unit can be set to operate for up to 2 hours at a setting. My hunting room is 20′ x 24′ and this unit helps keep it scent free without all the hype, gimmicks and ridiculous expense of other ozone generators. I’m extremely pleased with the quality and performance of the 24000mg/h High Capacity Ozone Generator and consider it an excellent value!

I previously owned a very expensive unit that put out $1,902 mg per I previously purchased this unit in the 2,400 version now I purchased another one 3,200 mg. In my opinion they’re the best one available professionally made in my opinion they definitely put out the ozone that I was expecting to not only kill mold mildew viruses bacteria possibly even pests such as flies gnats etc. I bought an additional outlet timer digital on Amazon so I can digitally control the time because it has a constant on setting as well. I’m very happy that I purchased this unit and not any other brand available.

I’ve debated for months if I wanted to try an ozone generator.
1. I live with a heavy smoker . The house stinks .
2. I have pets. 1 doggie smelling springer spaniel. 3 cats with litter boxes. 2 pet white mice. Sometimes a little stinky .
The heavy smoker is an old man and smells like an old man. Anyone with one knows what I mean LOL!
His bedroom has an oily hair like smell that drives me nuts .
So, I finally decided to give this generator a try.
It’s compact and seems very well made .
It’s as easy as plugging it in , setting the timer and leaving the room where it’s being used .
I used it in the stinky old man bedroom yesterday. I double checked and counted cate to be sure no cats were in the room. ( very important !!!!). Set the timer for 30 minutes . Left the room quickly. Put a towel outside the door to prevent any ozone leakage into the rest of the houses and waited .
Well, I cracked the door when the timer was done and the machine had auto turned off. The room looked “ foggy” . I quickly shut the door and gave it more time . A bit later I wore a KN90 mask, held my breath and opened two windows in the room before exiting and then again closing the door .
Several hours later I again entered and shut the windows . There was a lingering “ ozone “ smell. Not a bad smell. And no old man smell.
I think next time I probably would set the timer to a shorter time for an average sized room. I’ll try 10-15 minutes.
So the machine worked well. I do with that there had been more directions included with the machine. They are minimal, and before I used it I read EVERYTHING that I could online to be sure I was using the machine safely. This is NOT a toy or average air purification machine . There CANNOT be any living things in the room to be treated with ozone. That includes dogs , cats, turtles , fish , mice …any animal! Or human!
Plus, in a room with plants they to should be removed . There are ways to use ozone machines to kill mildew or pests on plants but I’m sure there are precautions that need to be taken for that.
So this is a cool and handy machine to have. I’m really looking forward to using it in my sunroom to see how well it works on the lingering cigarette smoke smell in there .
Just be careful and educate yourself before using this ozone generator .

I did not smell any change in a small enclosed room. I set this for the max time. It did nothing.
