Living in the Texas heat without an air conditioner has been severely hot inside, like 90 degrees in the house. We bought one of these from Amazon 3 days ago and it has been a total life changer! It cools very well and very fast! We haven’t used the heat yet but with such a high btu I bet it’ll work just as nicely as the air conditioning part. The only thing I’d say is you have to somewhat put the unit together unlike other I’ve had but it definitely works amazingly so far!

I was very excited to find this product and I read all of the information about it very carefully. However when it arrived I found the unit requires 220 V AC the Amazon description says it uses 115 V AC this is completely different from the description. Very disappointing. I am sure it is a great machine… I just cannot run it because of incorrect information in the description.

ac unit for summer time is ok is aceptable but for winter time the heater is very poor it is almost like a fan whit no heat !!

We are using ours to cool a room in our barn. But it also has heating capabilities that we use in the winter so our pipes don’t freeze that same room. It was easy to install just make sure you have the proper electrical outlet for it. I love it, it works great and is very easy to use. I think it was a good value. The noise level depends on how high you have the fan set.

We used this for our “man cave” room because it is not hooked up to the Central heat and air in our house. It was quieter (noise level) than our old unit, worked much faster and better went from 74 degrees to 62 in about 45 min and then my husband was shivering about halfway through the movie we were watching out there (Perfect for my pregnant self). Remote control works fine but we got a smart device so we can turn it on from our phones which also works well so in the winter we can heat it up without freezing to death to keep the pipes warm. Not sure how energy efficient it is yet because we have only used it a few times, but we like it. Room is about 20ft by 20ft including a full bathroom.
