This portable air conditioner (more of a fan with a misting option) has been a game changer on hot days when I’m working from home and my office is getting super hot. It can help cool you down constantly while it’s on your desk and pointing towards you. Don’t expect this to cool your room, but do expect it to make it bearable on hot days as long as it’s a foot or two away from you and pointing right at you.

This is a nice little portable mister fan. The addition of mist really adds a nice cooling effect. It has very good battery life and because it’s rechargeable, you can set it up wherever you need it — indoors or outdoors. It’s also very easy to operate. It is a little bit louder than I expected, and a bit louder than similar fans I own. Other than that, it’s a good mister fan that helps keep you cool during the hot summer months.

This fan would not charge when I took it out of the box. After the control panel started to çome off and I pressed it back on, it started to take a charge. It charged up and the fan runs. If I put water in it, it leaks out, and the atomizer water spray is so faint, it doesn’t make a difference you can feel. The listing says an ice tray is included, but there wasn’t one in the box I received. So for the price, I got a plastic fan that doesn’t always charge. I don’t recommend it.

It’s smaller than expected, but the wind and humidification effects are very good. I was very surprised that it can be charged. I put it in my room and the noise is much less than the central air conditioner.

My apologies for the audio on the video. That day was a VERY hot day. I was helping a group I work with and thought this would be great to use while on that hot day. Well I was surprised The breeze from the fan was yes refreshing but adding the mist really felt like colder than ambient air. Which confused me as it was not really a lot of mist. But I tried it without the mist and I could feel the difference. Now my friends didn’t notice that much(except on their hands and face) but I’m assuming because they were wearing long pants and I was wearing shorts. Im going to guess that its due to the water in the mist was hitting my skin and the breeze from the bigger fan was cooling that water and there you go. I did while packing up aim it at my face and yes it was cool also but the mist made me cough. So it does produce a thick mist that will help you cool off. NOW I know I had more condensation on my fan due to the low pressure from the bigger fan. But you can also set this directly on your desk and cool you in a warm house. So this might be a great item to have in your Hurricane kit so you can stay cool during power outages. Mine was powered by a portable battery station. So over the 6 hours that we worked my 245 Wah batter was still at 70%.. and I also had to fill the water 6 times that day. Interesting way to keep cool and really great to have. Now this is not an air conditioner. This works because it cools your skin by the evaporation of the moisture from the mist on your skin. It’s why you get chills after coming out of a shower or pool . But at a smaller scale. So with the moisture in the air hitting your skin and sticking then being blown on by the fan you get a cooling effect. So it can multiply the cooling directly on your skin. Really neat stuff. 🙂 I do not know how long the battery lasts as I used it totally on a USB-C cable to a Portable power station.
