This product did produce cold air however the fan speeds were subpar. I had to sit this behind a nicer fan to actually circulate the cool air. Probably wouldn’t buy again!

I was puzzled that cooler would not come on. Problem was the wall plug, system comes without it. Once I changed that everything was great, simple to operate and nice and cold with three different speeds.

Bought this small until for my son’s bedroom. Was recently diagnosed with Leukemia and wantedva cooling unit as he runs hot after Chemo and the meds he’s on. Brought him home and the motor doesn’t work. So frustrating!!! I should’ve known with this China made crap!

The portable a/c is affordable and works well for the compact size. I place it on my desk to cool my face as well as my computer. It came with 2 ice packs. One of the ice packs had a leak. I contacted customer service to request a new ice pack. He offered a whole new unit replacement. Since the ac unit is still functioning well with and even without the ice pack, I did not feel comfortable accepting a new unit. I would like to thank the customer representative, Jordan for his offer. The only issue was the ice pack with leaks. I was not expecting a whole unit replacement, especially since I have been using it for a while. I appreciated the customer service and would like to write positive feedback.

I could have put a try of ice into front of a desk fan and get the same result. Not worth the effort of freezing an ice pack for 12 hours for it to melt in 1/2 hour.

I liked the low price, low powerconsumption and space consumption, and love the cool air it produces. I live in SW Florida and our summers are brutally hot. My bathrooms are not equipped with AC and I can’t afford to upgrade yet. I’m more concerned with closing the deal with the final payment that must be made to take ownership of the land and buildings we are purchasing. Back to the air conditioner. For a low price all around at least a human being can take a restroom break without fear of suffering an ugly demise while being slow roasted in the restroom

If you are looking for a miracle it’s not the cooler for you. I’m trying to find something to keep me cool in the car since my air went out. I’m sure it will do nicely for small bedrooms.
