This unit does not cool a large area such as open floor plan with living room, kitchen, and dining room combined. However, it is perfect for a large bedroom. Works best with iced water while using ❄️ setting. How er you must pay attention to the water level and the amount of ice if you want it to remain blowing cold air. It’s very easy to assemble, operate, and clean. It is loud while on highest fan setting. The rollers are very convenient for positioning direction of fan. Power cord is about 5 ft long. It is very light weight. If you’re shopping to cool a large area I suggest buying a window unit instead.

It is an air cooler grandmother got this for me thinking it was an air conditioner its not, does cool the house off a bit but ice packs only last about 3 hours and take about 6hours to refreeze although it does come with four which is nice. In the description as well as in the instruction manual it says you can pour the water in the top so you don’t have to bend over and yet when I tried it spilled out the back. It also claimed you can take the bottom tub out to refill it that way but there is a water pump inside the bucket that you feel like you’re going to break. 10/10 do not recommend. And my grandmother is very upset about the false advertisement especially since this week has been in the 100’s and I’m without an ac unit.

I lowered the rating to 1 star. The water is even more yellow and there is gunk floating in it now. Doesn’t cool the room off AT ALL and actually makes it more humid. It’s too later to return it, so we are stuck with it, but after summer is over it’s going straight into the trash.

The water is yellow in the little plastic tub where you fill it with water. And I see now way to be able to remove the tub to clean it. It’s kinda gross actually.
This is essentially a rectangular fan. Yes, it comes with ice packs, but they do nothing to cool off a room.
I got this for the room my daughter’s computer in since the air in our house is garbage. She can feel the air hitting her, from the fun function, but the room never cools off.
The wheels don’t turn very well either once you put the water in it. But we have a laminate wood floor so that doesn’t affect anything too much.
The water lasts a lot longer than I thought it would. I fill it once in the morning and once in the early evening.
The remote works great but only if it’s pointing directly at the unit.

I live in Colorado, which has a very dry climate, where these kinds of evaporative coolers work quite well. So much so that our home does not have traditional AC but a large evaporative cooler on the roof. It is very important to consider your climate when purchasing one of these. If you live someplace humid, very little water will evaporate inside the cooler as there is already a lot of moisture in the air that surrounds you, so it will not sufficiently cool the air that it blows out into the room. If you live someplace with relatively dry air, this cooler will make a dramatic difference.
This unit is compact but has a powerful turbine fan that can easily move the air in a 200 sq ft room. It is easy to fill and has a generously sized tank that will go for over 12 hours. I purchased one and liked it so much that I purchased another a few weeks later—so I obviously highly recommend these.

Initially it worked just fine for slight, minimal cooling of a small area. After about a month of use it began leaking water. It still blows out cool air at month 2, but the power panel no longer works. It has to be unplugged to turn it off. I can only control the settings by using the remote control now. Also, high humidity and house temperature of above 80f degrees render it practically useless for more than a very small area or being positioned directly in front of you. The cooling effect only lasts as long as your hot room defrosts the ice packs. In my case that is about one hour.

I am generally pleased with its performance. It’s impressively quiet and maintains a long run time on a single charge, which is a significant plus. The fan also features a handy battery status indicator and offers variable speed controls ranging from levels 1 to 4, allowing for customizable comfort.
However, there’s a notable discrepancy in the size description. The product details mention a 7.3-inch size, but the fan’s actual diameter is only about 4 inches. This was a bit disappointing as I expected a larger fan based on the description.
Despite the size issue, the fan proves to be quite useful, especially in the gym where its compact size and efficient operation come in handy. It’s easy to carry around and does a good job of providing a personal breeze. Just be aware of the size before purchasing if you’re looking for a larger fan.

I primarily use this in a smaller room but when the wall unit old a/c unit in my old apartment building died, in June, on an 89 degree hot and humid day – this was pulled into the main living area and worked amazing! We’re also on the second floor. It’s lightweight and has wheels, easy to set up. It’s not loud, even on high, and it cost about a quarter of what a large wall unit would cost. It actually cools better than the old wall unit and I strategically placed fans around the room and it was kept cool all day.
