Bought this in July 24. This worked great for a while, but the atomizer function that turns the water into cooling vapor no longer functions longer than 5 minutes and doesn’t come back on. SELLER: Is there any troubleshooting steps I should be doing? I’ve lost my manual. There seems to be no way to contact you from my order.

We have a little bedroom upstairs that just seems to get too hot in the winter and this has been a huge help. It works well and keeps the room cool. You do have to add water to it every so often for it to work better than a fan. Overall, it looks and feels like a good quality fan and I’m happy with it.
