I had to wait until it stopped being hot in NY before I wanted to try out the Portable Space Heater, 1500W Small Fan Heater with Adjustable Thermostat Overheat Protection, and today was that day!
I use this under my home office desk. It’s the perfect size for that.
I don’t recall it being overly noisy. It put off some pretty good heat. At first I thought it didn’t work, but I remembered that I have another heater that has a mechanism on the bottom that keeps it from working if it is not in contact with the floor or something harder.
There are two heat levels and a fan. The fan didn’t blow out real cool air, but it was cooler than the heater side. I don’t think it’s meant to be a hot weather fan, though.
The electrical cord is long enough for me to plug it into the wall in a higher-up outlet close to me without having to plug it into an extension cord. That’s definitely important to me.
Overall, I really like this heater. It’s the perfect size putting out the perfect level of heat.

It works. It heats up quickly. The fan is decent and puts out good airflow. It’s kind of loud in an enclosed space. I’m not a big fan of the tip over automatic off button on the bottom, but I understand its a necessary safety issue these days. Overall, I have no complaints.

When I requested this item, it was just in September and I wondered when I would to test it. Well, this is Syracuse, NY, so I didn’t have to wait long. Our last heat wave has now been followed by gloomy, chilly weather.
I am pleased to say that this little heater has stepped up to the plate. These heaters never have serious calibration on the thermostat dial, so there was the usual fuss of getting the right setting. However, that was my only problem. One I had that dialed in, the heater did a fine job of keeping my bedroom at a comfortable temperature.
It does have the usual safety features, and they work as advertised. I have only tested the tip-over shutoff, which I did by smacking the unit over onto its side. I’m, going to take it on faith that the overheat protection works, simply because the unit is made well enough that I have no good reason to doubt that claim.
It is pretty quiet. I measured 52.3 dBA at about one meter. This puts at a “moderate” noise level, somewhere between “moderate rainfall” and “normal conversation” on the chart I consulted. It’s a rather nondescript sound, so most folks will have little issue with it. I am sensitive to noise, but my my earplugs make it disappear.

It has a nice, strong flow of heat. It’s nice and compact and doesn’t make too much noise. Overall I am very pleased with this product.

I wanted a little unit like this for my bathroom that can do double duty as a fan and a heater. The fan setting doesn’t put out a tremendous amount of air but it’s alright. The heater settings work very well. It had a strong electrical smell right out of the box and I was afraid something was wrong with it but that seems to have dissipated and it’s been working well with daily use of the fan (still too hot here in NC to use the heater just yet). It does shut off if tipped over which is nice. It’s small and compact and doesn’t get in the way which is exactly what I was looking for. To me it’s not tremendously noisy either. Sounds about like every other fan/heater combo I’ve owned.

Not much to say, other than this is a great little heater! One of my favorite features is this has a FAN option! So many heaters on the market are heaters only, and it would be so nice to have a fan option. Well, this one does! The reason for 4 stars and not 5 is that the tip over switch seems like it could break off at any moment, so just be careful with it. Otherwise, this heater is small, perfect for the corner of a bathroom, and extremely quiet! Just what I was looking for.

The fan is made of metal and only has two large blades- it moves a decent amount of air, and the pitch of the fan is not annoying at all.
The housing is a solid feeling plastic, and the power cord is a good quality, 6-foot 16-gauge wire.
The heater itself is made from nichrome wire which is great because it does not get red-hot nor catch a lot of dust.
Four screws hold on the front of the fan so it can be disassembled for cleaning if needed.
Of note, the fan-only function is also tied to the thermostat, so you may have to turn up the temperature dial to get the fan to blow.
It’s small, simple, and works well- looks exactly like the photos (though read the measurements- it’s small!)

This heater heats up fast and works well for a small room. It’s very basic and easy to use, making it ideal for a desktop, bathroom, or office.
However, it’s quite noisy and vibrates a lot, which can be annoying. Because of the noise level, I wouldn’t recommend it for a bedroom setting or anywhere you need a quiet environment.
