It’s odd when a machine just works. I’m so used to machines fighting me and not working. This little guy (it’s smaller than it looks) just works. Takes the darn water out of the darn air. How about that. Three years in and I’d say I have to dump the water out once a week. Doesn’t need any refill nonsense that dehumidifier companies make to suck money out of people. You just plug it in and it works for the rest of time. It does make a “medium” amount of noise but luckily the tone is low so you could actually sleep next to it if need be. Got this one over the cheaper one because this one looks a lot prettier. None of that blue on white nonsense. I really wish I had a girlfriend.

The Pro Breeze Humidifier works really well. I was having a humidity problem in my house during really rainy times. After buying my first Pro Breeze Humidifier and seeing how well it worked in the room I had it in, I have bought 2 more for other rooms. The Pro Breeze Humidifier is well worth the money!!

I am amazed at how much water this pulls out of the air in our bathroom after a shower. Our closet is attached to our bathroom so I like to keep it really dry to avoid mold and mildew in both areas.
This does make a humming noise but it’s actually pleasant, not clunky at all.
Very easy to empty and clean.

Review update: After five months, this unit stopped working. It turns on, and it’s “running”, but it does not collect any moisture. A real shame that it did not even make it to six months of use.
Original review: Our bathroom is small. There is a window we can’t open. And an exhaust on the ceiling we recently found out doesn’t vent anywhere. The wonders of renting. Of course we have mold stains on the ceiling. We had maintenance come in and treat it. The bathroom was repainted. And the mold was back two weeks later. A month later it had taken over the ceiling again. I took matters into my own hands. Bought mold spray and this dehumidifier. As I said, the space is small. There’s only one outlet next to the sink, and not really much room to put anything. All the useful space is occupied by the heating element in a corner, and then the trash can and other toilet accessories. Only place I could put a dehumidifier is on top of the toilet. Either on one of those toilet shelves or directly on top of the throne. And so I did the latter. I looked up the dimensions and measured my toilet and saw it would fit. It’s no the prettiest but hey. It’s running alright. And it’s pulling moisture. You can see from my set of pictures the amount of water it accumulates. The first two pictures is the amount in the tank after a full week. The second set of two pictures is the amount after 24 hours. I can see physically that my walls stay damp less time now after a regular shower, and the mirror barely fogs. Wether this is enough to solve the mold problem, we will see. I will update after some time has passed. That is why I haven’t given it five stars. The other reason is that it claims to be whisper quiet but it’s definitely a little louder than that. I can hear it from my bedroom. Hope this helps.

This dehumidifier works well for my travel trailer. It pulls a good amount of water from the air for its size and it lowered the humidity in my 26 foot trailer from 80 to 50 in 24 hours. The sound it makes is not disruptive. This is probably as good as you can get for a compact unit like this, except for the fact that it desperately needs a handle.

Quizás el único detalle sea el nivel de ruido para áreas habitadas, pero en áreas solas, trabaja excelente.

The humidity in my apartment in the summers tends to be higher than I’d like, even with the A/C running, most likely due to me not being far from the laundry room, and there being no A/C or air flow in our hallways. I’ve used products like Damp Rid and reusable charcoal sacks, but they just never seem to help.
This has been doing the job extremely well, is very quiet, and easy to move around. The larger tank is also nice, as I don’t have to empty it every day, although I do tend to empty it every other day, just to be on the safe side. This for sure has made my apartment more comfortable this summer, and recommend this to anyone looking to reduce humidity in smaller spaces.

I have four of these. They have been in service for two years, without a single failure. They do a great job removing humidity.

[UPDATE 3/5/23 – Adding a star back, as the weird noise it was making does continue, but seems to be less pronounced, and it’s still working just fine. I use it pretty much every day].
[UPDATE 1/9/23 – Today it started making a new (and not good sounding) motor noise while running. Still seems to be working, but the new noise is pervasive and annoying, so dropping a star. This is after only 2 months use. Hoping it will continue to function].
It’s small, simple and a bit noisy. It absolutely draws water from the environment (mine is for a bathroom with no ventilation other than a window and no independent heat source) and helps with the overall challenge of trying to keep the relative humidity down, but it’s no miracle worker. You’d need a much larger dehumidifier for that. I think of it as part of a system – shower with the bathroom door open and a fan blowing air in, plus open the window afterwards. Not perfect, but definitely helps (I’m in an old building in the Pacific NW, and moisture issues are universal). It’s pretty easy to clean, I empty the water every day and wipe it dry with microfiber cloth. The little window in the water tank that’s supposed to show you the water level is pointless. It’s very small and you can’t see a thing because it’s dark inside there! Just empty it. Others have said it was fine till it suddenly stopped working. Hoping that doesn’t happen, but if it does I’ll be updating this review. For $60 it’s a reasonable value so far. Just have to manage your expectations.

TRES TRES TRES Décu. A80% d’humidité il a retirer 1 quarrt de tasse en 2 jours.
