this is a great heater! the only thing you need to know is that you need to set the air preasure screw on the Back as soon as you tun it on ( psi specified on side of heater ) It heats my 1500 sq foot garage great even when its 20 degrees outside.

Heater starts up never stay running. Shut off after running for only 15min

I like the paint job.. too bad it has a cheap made igniter that failed on my unit in less than 40 hrs of use and of course it is just out of warranty… naturally they have an upgraded igniter $$$$. Now the unit fires, runs a few minutes and pours smoke out and shuts down, awesome, it was 20 this morning and of course its Sunday. Will see how customer service department is doing tomorrow… Well one number doesn’t answer and well the other is 2 1/2 hour wait time to be answered in order. Seems many others are not satisfied with this product line. A total waste of time, I went and got a Dewalt problem solved. Go ahead and buy one of these, you will be disappointed also.

This thing works great. Instant heat I run it on diesel has very little odor and is very efficient compared to the last one I had

Worked for two uses with diesel, after that the light came on but it no longer functions. Procom customer support has over an hour wait time to speak to someone constantly. Worked fantastic…but only for two uses. Thankfully Amazon customer support takes care of it’s customers.

The heater had obviously been repaired. The screws had all been removed and replaced more than once. When I received the furnace I heard a loud interference hit that was the fan striking the shroud. I had to disassemble, locate the strike and determine the cause. The cause seemed to be poor assembly and/or poor shipping even though the shipping containers showed no evidence of damage or problems with the designed shipping materials. I think whoever assembled this thing had put it together either with the shroud slightly bent or had not secured the screws tightly enough to survive the shipping process. In any case the shroud was bowed out and was eliminating the tight clearance for the fan. Warning says only use diesel #2 above 30 degrees. So if you are getting it to avoid high kerosene costs and plan to use it in the cold.. Duh.. Plan on using kerosene only.

Very poor quality like so many other reviewers stated I also had to take it apart and put spacers so the fan wasnt hitting the cover.I had to mess with pump pressure because it was pouring raw fuel out the end that wasnt burning because there was too much. The plastic housing is cracked in many spots and the fuel cover leaks. It heats good and works good now that I fixed the couple thongs mentioned above. You get you pay for is what it boils down too.

Bought the refurbished unit to warm up the garage for the winter. Arrived fast, looks like brand new.
Manual is very informative, shows the compete workings of the unit and all settings.
Added fuel, plugged it in and instant heat.
Had to adjust the fan a little bit, I imagine it got jarred in shipping. After 1 tank of fuel the display went out. Unable to use effectively in the bitter cold weather. Contacted procom, they said the would send out a replacement defective display. Got called back and the part was not in Stock. It is supposed to be on its way. It’s been almost 2 months with temperatures down to 15 below.
Not a happy customer.
