ALL the parts are super easy to replace if need be! The pump has a dial on the back for easy adjustment. For the price of this unit is untouchable!!! and it’s Made in the USA~!

Came in a box marked factory reconditioned (as expected). It appeared brand new except for a bit of dust. Heat cone was not even discolored. Further inspection found the fan guard (plastic) had a couple fins broken off. Not a big issue for a reconditioned unit. After fueling it up and plugging it in I powered it on a few times. Unit tried to start but only blew grey smoke and did not light off. It gave C3 error. Which basically means no ignition. I blocked off the air intake so as to enrich the mixture and got it to start. After putting it in manual mode so I could observe the fuel pressure was 5.8. Manual says it should be 8.4. After adjusting fuel pressure to 8.4 I have had no further issues. Runs perfect. I imagine if it was in a nice warm warehouse it might have lit off with the lower pressure but at 33 degrees it did not. Sure puts out a ton of Heat. Keeps my uninsulated pole barn nice and toasty.

I thought I would save some money by buying renewed. I bought a renewed iPhone before it was just fine. Description said minor scratches from use, what the listings say majority time when you see listed as used, like new, new, but not in regular packaging. So why not, paid about $200 less.
Open box everything looks fine. Get it removed and you can see in the pics where bolts went through the railing it cracked the plastic. So bolts were just dangling there. The housing was dirty and scratched up some.
So I wiped it all down and removed bolts, installed a fender style washer on top and bottom, seems to be holding fine.
So far heater seems to be working fine. So just beware when buying renewed. You get what ya pay for.

I loved this heater other then it doesn’t seem to know the real indoor temp but otherwise works fantastic

Renewed?!?! Found one screw missing in the housing. Looks like strike 2 for ProCOM. They didn’t get it right the first time and had a second chance to fix their mistake in manufacturing by “renew”ing it. You can see the results still in the box. What else did they forget? I had to talk to actual people to have this refunded since this is a non returnable item(fuel), but I was sent a defective “renewed” heater.

heater ran for 1/2 day or less missfired and wont even attempt to restart

Doesn’t work for more than 5 minutes before shutting off and giving you error codes. They want to charge me shipping to return a defective product and charge a service fee for returning it. Do not buy it.
