Item arrived today. After unboxing and plugging in the unit I heard a light clicking sound. Good thing the box is clear because the inside wire harness has a loose connection and was making an arc. Things like this happen, so I’m not so upset other than now I have to take back the item to the ups store.
What I dislike is that there was not an option to replace, only return. They will credit my account 7 days after receiving item. Why? Just send me a new one, it’s paid for. So now I just repurchased another and have to wait on my credit. That makes no sense.
I will update my review when I get a working product.
Okay, new unit arrived last week, works flawless. At first I did not think the ozone was producing much, but after several days of testing it is much stronger. Placement is the key. I will upgrade my stars to reflect my current thoughts.
Hopefully my credit will be here soon.

I ended up returning this, and the company was very good about my return. I believe this is a good company building a great product. I tried it out, and it was amazingly good at creating a fresh air experience. There were two aspects that did not work for me: 1) the ozone plates seemed to emit an ozone smell even thought I didn’t turn the ozone on and 2) this model has transparent sides and the UV light is visible. Because my apartment isn’t that big, I had to put it in a location where I ended up glancing at the UV light inadvertently, and it really hurt my eyes. If you have this issue, I’d say get the model that isn’t transparent. Because I don’t want or need the ozone, I decided on a different model. If used in a small business where you’d run the ozone at night when closed, this would be a great fit.

Fan is relatively quiet, and works very well.
I own a training facility for softball players that had a septic backup. There was sewage all over the turf. After an extensive cleaning process from a professional company, I always felt there was a musty odor and I was very self-conscious of it. This product cured that within 2 days. I turned the ozone on high and left it on all night long in the 3000 square foot building. By next morning, I open all the windows and doors to allow it to air out for a few hours. Since then, the air purifier has been running on a medium speed. The building smells fresh and clean. Again. Thank you for a good product that actually delivers on its claims.

I’m shocked that I could buy a ozone machine for 60 bucks and it has a timer but spend over 600 dollars for 2 and it does not have a timer. I unfortunately could not use the machines within the return window so I’m stuck with them. They are not working as they should. No odors are cleared. I would not recommend purchasing this product

This is great! Bought this to help freshen up the air at our home. We have a German Shepherd that is very active and 6 adults living in the house due to pandemic. This keeps the air fresh and clean. It also helps eliminate bacteria and virus. We have had 3 covid cases, all at different times in the house, weeks apart. So it definitely helped sanitize the air around us. I would definitely recommend.

I returned this item because of the knobs. I own one like this, but it’s digital. The one that I own is an amazing product. I’ve used it to clear the smell out of a musky, molded, mildew smelling vehicle and one of my homes to clear up the bad odor after the home flooded. CAUTION: unless quickly entering the vicinity for a minute or two, people and animals should not be in the enclosed vicinity of where it was operated for about an hour or so. I suggest opening windows and doors to air out any enclosed area where it’s used after usage & not resting in the space for about an hour

This unit is absolutely amazing and stunning in every way! Ozone has been proven to kill 99.999 percent of pathogens in the air, including SARS Coronavirus and influenzas such as H5N1. I saw this and was instantly attracted by its looks, then upon inspection reading about the multi level filtration system that mimics the highest quality medical facilities air filtration systems in addition the UV light and ozone generator it is a powerhouse of an air purifier and virus killer. But they did not stop there, when you unpack this very well packaged unit, you will be blown away at how beautiful they designed this with its really thick high polished acrylic and black powder coated metal finish, they stopped at no expense to make this unit look like a modern work of art or high end custom gaming computer box.
