Put these in my rv battery box to keep batteries warm in winter
I used the ink jet thermometer to keep the batteries at decent temperature

Purchased the 400W version to heat my 3D printer enclosure. Using it with Meross MTS960 Smart Temperature Controller Thermostat and a large Creality enclosure. Was able to reach 44.9C in the Meross app and 40.8C on the thermometer built into to top right of the enclosure. This is a lot for this little heater.

This little 110v heater is pretty impressive. Have the first one I bought on a timer for a paludarium I built. Bought a 2nd one for my new build but will be on a thermostat this round. It doesn’t get overly hot itself, but puts out good hot air. It’s quiet and plug-n-play. It does not have a Stat to regulate heat…. either on or off unless you have it connected to timer or external stat

I’m a bit torn on this review – this unit as it is delivered does not work as expected, but the components do. As shipped, the fan is mounted too close to the heating element. This causes the fan to overheat during operation and shutdown, leaving the heating element toasting away. This happened with my unit twice – both times at about the 45 minutes of runtime mark. At first I thought this was caused by the fans being inappropriately rated (which you could argue is still the case). But I noticed (in the scant documentation that arrived with the unit) that the fan is specified as needing to be mounted greater than 10mm from the surface of the heating block. As delivered the fan is mounted flush against the heater block. I 3D printed a standoff for the fan to space it 20mm from the heater block and my units have functioned flawlessly since.
I also feel it’s worth noting that these units do not have any form of self-regulated thermal shutdown (no thermal fuse or switch). I modified my units to include a 125C thermal fuse and when the fan failed, the fuse did its job and shutdown the heater. I plan to use 125C thermal switches on future units.

PTC Fan Heater with Power Cord 110V 400W Electric Ceramic Heating Element Energy Saving
This is a great little product. We have integrated into our electronics containers and they have worked great. Very simple construction and priced very well. Have used for one field deployment so far and all 8 units were fine.
Combined with “bayite Temperature Controller 1650W 15A BTC211 Dual Digital Outlet Thermostat Plug,” also available on Amazon.

As advertised, there are no temperature or safety controls. It is meant for controlling temperatures in a small space, e.g., incubation chamber.

I’m using it inside my cabinet incubator I built. I wasn’t sure if one would be enough so I bought 2, but 1 was plenty. I’m using a wifi inkbird temp controller and the little heater has worked like a charm. I used a large 3d print housing and 5 egg turning trays and this little heater is keeping the whole thing a balmy 100°. I’m keeping the 2nd one I bought just in case it stops working, but I’ve run it continuously for 2 months now and it’s doing well. It’s a little noisy, but I keep it in my garage so I’m not bothered by it.
