SO, I WAS SUPER EXCITED TO RECIVE THIS. I actually purchased 2. One for my daughter for a housewarming gift. I cannot get mine to work. I contacted the seller twice, and to no avail, have not received any responses. Now I will open hers just to make sure that one works. I really wanted to love this. So disappointed.
update: seller sent me a new one, works perfectly. LOVE, LOVE LOVE IT —– Also the exceptional customer service
2nd EDIT: ok. So it is impossible for me to contact anyone about this broken humidifier, so I have to rewrite my review. It has broke again. I believe I am still under warranty so I’m hopinf the seller can send me a new one. THIS IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST HUMIDIFIER, so I am not giving up on it. I just wish I had one that worked for more than a month or 2. The first one out of the box simply just did not work. The 2nd one worked beautifully but did not last. Hoping the 3rd one is a charm.
Also. Just a FYI, do not place on wood table, as the mist does leak out n will ruin ur table. The pics of the water containers r all the water n oil that I had to dump down the drain bc the machine broke.

This diffuser is awesome..!! I liked it so much I bought 2. I keep mine going all the time and I love that it only needs filled once a day and even then it could have gone several more hours without more water. My rooms smell fantastic from the oils and it keeps the air from being so dry. I plan to purchase more for family members and reccomend it to everyone.

I really wanted to love this. I’ve had my eye on it for a while now. Finally decided to push the button and was excited to get it. It’s fairly light for its size. Not a fan of the way you have to fill the tank, but it’s not a deal breaker. The mist is phenomenal on this monster. If you are looking for a humidifier, it’s a great device. A diffuser? Leaves so much to be desired. The instructions say no more than 20 drops of oil. For a reservoir this large, that’s not going to net you much of a scent, but any more and you run the risk of voiding your warranty. Was hoping to outfit my apartment with these and then my home. Wanted to replace some of the cheaper options I’ve used. But it looks like I will stay with smaller options to maximize the aroma of the oils. Maybe I’ll look at their smaller offerings, but this just didn’t fit the bill for me on all counts. It is large and beautiful, I will give them that.

Had to come back and edit my review. It’s been about 3 months and the diffuser no longer works. It was used once maybe every week since I was initially left underwhelmed. But now it just refuses to cut on at all. No lights, no mist. Truly disappointed. Was considering buying the smaller one for the bathroom. Definitely will look elsewhere. No longevity with product. DO NOT BUY.

It is an excellent product, good for big places, plus you do not have to refill the reservoir every now and then. It works average for 50 to 55 hrs. The velocity of diffused vapors are very fast, and can be turned off and on without missing the freshness of essential oils. Thus it fulfills whenever you need a fresh perfumed air with pollution and microorganism taken out of that area right then an there, takes no time to release cool and mist air killing humidity from the surrounding. Excellent product for me. Plus they have excellent customer service and not like other vendors who after 30 days return cannot be reached. They guarantee the product and stand by it. So there is nothing to loose but only gain for each consumer. I have brought many stuff from Amazon.com but has not been treated fairly with other vendors whom you do not even get response after 30 days, where they have fake adds, also right that Life time money back guarantee and cant find the seller. A good example is EHouse products. Met only for repelling cricket and rights both inside and outside repellent. So be careful what you buy and try to return the product within time frame what Amazon.com gives you. Hoping this information will also help the Management of Amazon.com to improve their service to accommodate the buyers and not honor only unreliable sellers. Use cold water to clean the diffuser always with cold water, hot water expand the vase and thus malfunction of the vase. So please use filter water or spring water if you need to breathe fresh air. Tap water can be used but no purity guaranteed. First fill up the vase with water at room temperature not cold from the refrigerator, then put essential oils after putting in the water and start and enjoy. The material used is best in the market and durability is great if properly used. The more you care the more it longer it will last. Sturdy and artistically made.

I have been using this diffuser for over and week now and I am extremely happy with the product. I would rate it a definite 5 out of 5. It is extremely easy to refill, and everyone comments on the scent and lights changing colours. I have already recommended this product to a number of friends. I love that I only need to refill it every other day

I love this product. It last so much longer then the smaller diffusers I was using. I actually bought four more – one for each room in my house. Very quite operation and the changing lights are so pretty. My whole house smells absolutely amazing. I highly recommend this product.

Received item that was defective and upon attempting to return found out I had to pay the postal rates to return. Very unfair especially with the cost of Canada Postage these days. Im afraid to take it to the post office to see the cost to return item

UPDATE: Have used my PureSpa Diffuser for several months now and still love it at much as I did in the beginning. But had to share my experience with their amazing customer service team. Like most times, when dealing with this general department I expected to be transferred to several different people before getting to the correct person, then long hold times, and a difficult experience to get help with the issue I was calling about. But the EXACT OPPOSITE OCCURRED! THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS AMAZING, FAST, INCREDIBLE FRIENDLY, AND WITHIN 3 MINUTES MY ISSUE WAS RESOLVED AND I WAS ABLE TO GO ON WITH MY DAY KNOWING I STILL HAD THE BEST DIFFUSER OUT THERE. ………I’ve been using my new PureSpa XL Aromatherapy Diffuser for several days now since my last one (made by a different, well-known company) broke, and I am SO GLAD I decided to purchase this one! Not only is it just an aromatherapy diffuser, but you get the added benefits of mood lighting and the humidifier. It is easy to use, clean, and love the peace of mind knowing it comes with a 5-year warranty. Probably my favorite thing, though, is that they weren’t lying when they said it was quiet while in use – THANK YOU!! Definitely worth every penny.
