Nice little heater. Pleasing and simple design. Easy to use. Two knobs, one for fire brightness, one for the thermostat. Single on/off switch. Word of advice: the plastic door handle is NOT a latch, so don’t expect it to turn. I nearly broke it off trying to open the door until I realized there are magnets holding it closed. Duh. So far we are very pleased with this unit, although it does make a noticeable whirring sound when the blower fan turns on, which explains the 4 star rating. The fire logs have a nice warm adjustable glow and adds greatly to the coziness of our living area on these cold winter nights. There are many other less expensive stoves, but as they say, you get what you pay for. You will be happy with this one!

this littler e-flame heater is too cute!
I love the look of wood burning stoves but I live in a rental and cannot own a real stove, which brings me to why I purchased this heater. I bought this based on the round appearance. This little guy adds great character to my master suite! I love to sit in front of this heater….to read, or take a nap, I leave it on at night because it is comforting….it has a faint fire crackle sound, but also has a more prominent huuummmm…..which cheapens the effect, but I find the hum soothing.
The plastic looks great! I love the mesh cage and I like how The “On” “Off” knobs are hidden behind the cage door, so it does not interfere with the look of the heater. You can adjust the knobs for dim-bright light and temperature adjustments. The heat kicks on and off on its own. The flames are not super realistic, but it’s good enough for me. The mesh cage helps to hide the fakey flame.
The heat comes out the bottom which is great for warming feet or for laying on the floor next to. The heater vent is also hidden under the body of the heater which I like so it does not interfere with the appearance of this little heater.
Over all, This is a very good looking heater!
Also, it started out with a slight smell, the smell fades after a few days. You need to screw on the legs because they do not come attached. I really was upset about the price! $199!!!! For such a small heater. I hope you buy it for a better deal than I did!

We keep this on for hours to heat a fairly large size room. I usually have to turn it off or down after a while because it works so well. Extremely pleased with my purchase

This is the perfect addition to our guest room! The style is perfect; the shape isn’t too big or bulky yet still stands out with it curved design and details. I love how the flames can be seen from the sides and front. The heat output allows for various degrees in a range from low to high heating up the room rather quickly and keeping it consistent for duration of use! Super easy to assemble and lightweight. It took me about 5 minutes from start to finish (including opening the box)! I’ve received many compliments on the look as well as the performance of this fireplace. The only negative is that it does not come with a remote which would be helpful for guests to not have to get out of bed. However, that lack in feature is overshadowed by the list of positives. I was especially impressed by how quiet the fireplace is even when working at full heat. Absolutely love it!

I’ve only owned this but a few hours but the minute I installed the legs and turned it on, I knew I would buy another. This thing is functional and very, very beautiful. My wife and I needed an extra heat source for the bedroom as we have very high ceilings and the house tends to get cold spots. At night we hate to leave the living room fireplace, until now. The e-flame looks very real and the heater gives our room just the touch of extra heat we need. We have decided to run it on low however because it warms the room up very quickly. We were afraid first on having a heater with the blower at the bottom because of the carpet.
However, it is high enough and won’t get hot enough for it to be a fire hazard for carpeted rooms. If you want however, you can do like my wife wants to do and set it on top of a board, but again that is highly unnecessary. The motor makes a little noise that is slightly on the lower end of the white noise spectrum and tends to be a sleep helper rather than irritating.
I would recommend this heater to anyone who needs an extra heat/beauty source that will enhance any room.
Pros: Very functional, beautiful and quality made product.

I was really excited for this fireplace. I saw some negative reviews but quite a few positive ones. What sold me was another buyers photo with the piece in an existing mantle, which was what I wanted it for as well.
I was so disappointed when it arrived. It was in a perfectly in tact box and very well packaged in styrofoam. When we removed the styrofoam, the door was completely broken off at the hinges and the plastic at each hinge was cracked further into the sides. Also, the legs were really beat up and scratched and scuffed.
I don’t consider this I be a piece of great quality. It’s cheap plastic. It did look pretty when we turned it on and gave off a good amount of heat. I will re order because we got amazon gift cards for the sole purpose of ordering this fireplace because we wanted one for our mantle. Sice we can’t rerun the gift cards we’ll hope the next one the send is perfect.
Oh and when I was looking for our shipping label to remove so I could put the return label on, I found the too of an old shipping label which makes it clear this was someone else’s return before we got it.
