Good heat output, came in a few days. The intake grill has a loose fit and rattles. Easy fix. Good heater for the money!

Works great. Handle didn’t hold up for long but over all unit works like it should.

Absolutely incredable heater. It is over kill for my little 12×20 woodshop, but that is fine. The temperature can go from 38 to 70 in less than five minutes. It’s just amazing. I bought a carbon monoxide alarm to monitor it for inside use, they are not expensive, 14 to 25 bucks. It has been registering 0 on the meter. My little shop is just insulated with styrofoam insulation, so a better insulated shop might retain more carbon dioxide than mine. It’s worth the small investment for the piece of mind. There is one complaint I have, no review would be complete without it. When I purchased it there was not an option for the wheels. I later discovered the wheeled version. I would have paid a little more for them. I’m old and that would have been a lot easier on my old body. Maybe they have one as an ad on option I could buy. In any event, I highly reccomend this heater. I also recommend not letting it run out of fuel. I’ve ran one tank of diesel through it and when the tank ran dry it belched lots of smoke. Just top it off every now and then. It’s a great heater and I couldn’t be more happy with it. Not many products I can give 5 stars too, but i can with this one. Time will tell. I will return if anything comes up.

It came damaged and defective, falling apart, screws falling out, blower motor loose and flopping around inside , fan blade bent , warped beyond repair. It seems it is just cheap made, but expensive wast of time and money. The seller, Remington, both said take it up with amazon. Amazon said take it to drop off center(70 miles) that would be after I preformed the magic trick of getting it back in the box, I guess I’m just out the better part of $300 .

Some things I didn’t mention in my video,,,, unit is very stout and heavy which I consider a good thing. It lights almost instantly. Feels quality and professionally made. I am really happy with it so far. I thought I was missing a screw to attach the handle but I actually heard something rattling around so I split it apart and found this missing screw deep inside of it. Manual is very vague. I plan on using extensively throughout this winter. If I have any issues I’ll update my review
This is an edit and update. I used this heater all last winter, I had to do a head job and timing chain on our Chevy HHR outside in 10 degree weather. I kept this pointed at me the whole time and it made it possible to do the job without being miserable. I tied up cardboard on the sides of our carport to help with the horrid wind. I have only used diesel fuel from truck stops in it. There has been a total of 3 times this thing chugged, blew out nasty black smoke and shut down. After letting it sit each time, it restarted and performed as usual. I contribute that to the dirty fuel I am using and running it for hours on end. I am very happy with this heater.
The fuel filler cap sits in a bad place partially under the heater itself so you just about need to use a long funnel to keep from spilling fuel all over.

I chose this heater because it had the best reviews for an 80k BTU heater, and I would buy this again. I chose kerosine over propane because the lower volatility of the fuel translates to greater safety.
This heater puts out good heat for my garage. My only complaint is that, when you have gas in the tank, the center of gravity is not located below the handler causing the heater to hang at a weird angle while you carry it.
If something goes wrong when I start this up for the 2021 winter, I’ll update my review accordingly.

Using for an outdoor space. For some reason after hours of searching, I thought that I had ordered a propane heater. My fault. But it was a kerosene heater that arrived and that takes a bit of understanding to use properly. Puts out the heat and keeps things warm. Would recommend.
