Absolutely love it!! It’s so quiet, heats and cools well. The remote definitely takes some getting use to in order to understand how it works and the settings.

I was a little surprised how easy this was to install. I am handy enough to safely do the wiring myself and that’s about the hardest part. You do need to have a vacuum pump that is designed for AC systems to clear the lines of air and moisture before releasing the charge into the system. There are tons of videos on YT on how the end of the install should go with the pump and then the charge. I could not figure this part out using only the instructions provided. I will be buying more of these. I have two in my wife’s Craft Shop and plan to install two more in hard to heat/cool bedrooms in our house. They work great. Her Craft Shop could almost be considered open air. It does not have any insulation, just a board and batten cover on a post frame. Very leaky. They do a great job dehumidifying the area and cooling it.

I love this mini-split unit, it arrived super quickly (3-4 days) which meant I had waited almost 3 weeks to open the box and install it on my tiny-house. upon opening the indoor unit, it turned out that the shipping provider (the brown truck) had handled it a bit aggressively and the glass on the front was completely shattered. I contacted their customer service and after providing photos and explaining the situation, they shipped me a new indoor unit (which was delivered by a white truck), and I had zero issues!
The unit cools wonderfully and heats WAY better than any space heater.
The app allows complete control and the remote is super intuitive with an animated OLED display (like a digital watch). They provide their own app for the unit, it’s basically the same as TUYA but doesn’t seem to use the Chinese gov’t owned server that TUYA does.
One thing to keep in mind is if you change a setting with the app, the remote doesn’t know what you changed, so if you change the temp on the app to say 72º from 78º, then when you go to the remote it’ll still say 78º, and it’ll go to 77º when you press the down arrow for temp.
Also, the filter screen is a metal mesh, and is removable and cleanable, which I love.

Had unit professionally installed had to have it repaired twice the unit currently does not work the compressor is gone out this took place only 6 months after purchase I would not recommend this product because the customer service will not help you and will give you multiple non-working emails to leave a message it is a waste to your money and you will have more money in repairs than the cost of the unit

The item arrived faster than it initially said. When I unboxed it all appeared to be in order and the unit looks good. I followed the instructions to hang the infusion unit and worked with an hvac professional to install the outdoor condenser and lines. He commented how nice it was to have everything he needed included in the package.
I’ve now been using it in a 400 sq ft space for 3 weeks and it works like a champ. I have not yet set up WiFi on it, but will be setting that up in the next week or so.
Overall great value for a small mini-split system.

I got the kit and compressor yesterday and the ac unit today. It looks very modern and elegant . Even fragile . I mounted this unit in a clients house and he gave me so much good feedback . I decided to get it . I usually buy senville as in my experience they last forever. I just turned it on to get it’s peak and will update my review after 3 days so this can be helpful to anyone interested in getting this unit . The price is excellent

With this summer being so hot we decided to get a mini split for the bedroom, so glad we did. It works great and keeps the bedroom and other adjacent areas cool also. Our son-in-law, who is an AC installer put this in for us and said it was pretty easy to install. So glad we got this

First a have to mention that I’m a HVAC guy and I’ve done several mini split. This product really is very easy to install regardless the experience on HVAC. The indoor bracket match perfectly whit the unit, no hassle, at all, easily doable for one person. Very quiet, not heavy at all, gloss black look beautiful and perform pretty good. The only problem for now is, the app does not work. So it needs to be controlled by the remote
