I will start off by saying I do HVAC for a living so I have worked on a lot of different units. The Install was easy even if you never did it before. My package that had the condenser/outside coil was delivered somewhere else and customer service was amazing, quickly sent me a new one. The condenser was dented in a few spots but that was due to shipping as the package was smashed and ripped but that’s not the sellers fault. The only complaint I have is that the inside coils make a strange noise like something metal hitting the fan blade but doesn’t happen all the time but enough to bother my toddler well she sleeps. For that reason I give it a 4 out of 5. I would recommend this to anyone that wants an easy to install, budget multi zone mini split. The price is great and in my opinion the more expensive brand aren’t worth it.

Unit will keep a 1280 foot older mobile home cool and comfortable in auto mode set at 72 deg during the heat of the day and for the first time after replacing the main unit 2 times in the last 15 years at $13k plus each time this $2200 unit hands down beats the old outdated energy hog condenser/air handler unit. Now I have a extra pantry and no floor vents to deal with. I have a 2nd unit on order for my rent house.
