The Shark HP200 Air Purifier MAX, a renewed product, arrived in a plain box, which is not uncommon for refurbished items. The simplicity of the packaging, however, does not detract from the product’s functionality.
The main issue with this unit appears to be the noise from the fan. It seems that the ball bearings might be causing an unusual amount of noise. This could potentially disrupt the quiet environment one might prefer when using an air purifier.
Despite this, the Shark HP200 Air Purifier MAX seems to be efficiency in purifying air. If you can overlook the noise issue, it could still be a worthwhile purchase. However, if a quiet operation is a priority for you, you might want to consider other options.
This is not my first Air Purifier, and is performing better than a competitive one.
The Shark filters more air and you to feel it in the smallish room.
Overall, the Shark HP200 Air Purifier MAX offers okay value, especially considering it’s a renewed product, but the noise issue might be a deal-breaker for some.

Super happy with this purchase. Really cleans the air. Bought a different brand before this and dust accumulated around the fan and fins which means air was getting around the filter. Not with this one. Seals are very good, is quiet, even when it’s on max it’s not too loud

It works really well, all I have to do is keep my door closed and I’m breathing clean air. The automatic sensing mode works great too. Sometimes my housemates burn stuff (no, actually it’s daily) and this little thing keeps my room smelling like absolutely nothing. It’s great. I think it will also help a lot in our newly inaugurated fire season.

I love this purifier. It has been an eye opener seeing how much air quality is affected when you cook. The purifier is constantly monitoring the air in the house and we have noticed that without the use our cooking smell will linger for longer time than when we used this purifier which quickly neutralizes that in few minutes. I dont think I can go back without having this around our house. I keep it on Auto mode it decides to speed up based on the amount it needs to purify the air. If it sees that air is clean and 100% pure it goes in eco mode and saves energy. If you looking for one dont even second thought if this is worth it to invest. Trust me it is a well spend money.
