Like new, the air filter itself replacement piece in brand new plastic, packed well in good refurbished working condition. I would purchase again. Customer service from vendor prompt.

I have come to appreciate this filter the longer I have it. We have grass allergens throughout the summer and this takes care of it. This may sound strange but it has cut down my dusting by a lot. It’s easy to use and doesn’t weigh much. The filter is a hepa filter. Not only that but the product support is fantastic. The value that I received for the cost can’t be beat.
I will buy one again if it gets too old and doesn’t work.

After I ordered this I thought oh my gosh I’m ordering a used air filtration machine. With “probably” a used filter. NEW FILTER – However the filter had never been opened and was still in its original plastic bag. The unit has never been used as well. So when it said “like new” what it really meant was BRAND NEW and I saved $150. The air in my room smells so much better the quality is amazing. I like the auto feature and leave it on all the time.
