The thing with humidifiers is that I want it to last a while before I have to refill the water and this fits the bill. I don’t like having to refill it before each use. In the photo above, it doesn’t look that big but it is actually huge and it fills a lot of water, enough to last me more than a day even with it on the whole day. This is a great investment especially with the winter heat – making my nose stuffy. I definitely noticed a big difference between not using the humidifier and using it – and I would definitely continue using it. It also comes with an extender, so I am able to choose what kind of mist I want between the two, making it more versatile. Having this one humidifier is more than enough to cover a large space.

This tower humidifier works great, the mist output is so strong that I can almost feel the moisture as soon as I turn it on. The large capacity makes refills much less frequent, using it is so easy. This humidifier is being used in our great room to add moisture to the air. The amount of moisture output can be controlled using a knob. There is not a control which keeps the air at a specific humidity level. The tank is very large. It is relatively easy to clean. I use a sponge cloth to clean around smaller spaces at the bottom of the tank.
When it stops misting on its own there is still a little water left at the bottom. I have not used it very often as we have had high humidity weather. However, the dry weather is here and I look forward to quickly humidifying the air when it is necessary.
The directional nozzles are helpful to spread the mist around. I also turn on the ceiling fan to move the mist about. I am only comfortable pouring water directly in the tank without any screens as I am concerned it will otherwise go where it shouldn’t. I have placed it on an inexpensive pizza pan which slides easily across the shag carpet. So far, I think it will do the job it is meant to do.
