I received my “initial” non-functioning unit and contacted the seller the same day via email. I received a reply within minutes with instructions to confirm that the unit was not working properly. After a couple confirmation emails, TURBRO sent out a replacement unit right away and I received it with 3 days. I’m a Director of Supply Chain and I understand how carriers can be careless with deliveries. Especially, single packages as heavy as this unit.
Overall, TURBRO was very responsive, courteous, professional, and acted right away to make things right. Most importantly, my fireplace looks amazing and works beautifully. Now to finish up my project with the centerpiece in place!

We love this TURBRO electric fireplace!
We updated our tv wall and wanted to add a 50 inch recessed fireplace underneath the tv.
Before this beauty, we bought and tried another one..The fire was so fake, dim and terrible, I couldn’t even imagine enjoying it in our new space. I returned the first one, thanks to Amazon the return was a snap.
This Turbro is different! The flames look like flames and go high and fill the screen, can be bright or dim. The color selections are so real yet fun, it’s hard to pick our favorite glow!!
The fan for the heater works great and is low, not loud. This one came with beautiful little birch logs and crystal rocks that look like hot coals under a fire. You can even add a wood crackling sound with a push on the remote.
I can’t say enough that this is a good purchase for the price. The first one we bought was in the $200 range..this one was $450 but happiness in a quality product that you can be proud to show off…PRICELESS!!

Let’s start with the appearance:
The flames look so realistic. I looked at many fireplaces in person at places like Ashley Furniture, Living Spaces and Mathis for comparison. And none looked as real as this one. It even looks real close up. There are so many options as far as colors. The “wood” sticks are actually ceramic and will break if you drop it so be careful when installing. The crystals are pretty too even though they are plastic. They give off a nice ember effect when you turn the lights on.
Heat: This thing is perfect if you have an open floor plan. My dining kitchen and living room space is all one room and it heats or well even with other doors to the home open. I would say my space it is heating is easily 1000sq ft. I like the option for no heat and just the ambiance.
Quality: it’s great quality and comes with good features such as being compatible with Alexa. Setup was a breeze. I also like that the everything feels sturdy.
Sound Quality: the fake sounds are a nice touch with 3 levels for volume and off option. It sounds pretty realistic.
Durability: I did have a mishap with delivery where the front glass shattered when I touched it. The box was obviously damaged so the glass now had a weak spot. Customer service had my replacement glass delivered with the week.
Ease of assembly: it was very easy for one person to put together. I had no issues as a single lady installing this fireplace.
All in all I would say buy this fireplace if you’re on the fence. I absolutely love it!

I ordered this heater for my guest bedroom. We were stripping wallpaper and updating the room at the time so when it arrived, it sat in my Florida room unopened for about a month. When the room was finished and I put it together , I discovered (after putting the entire unit together) that there was no remote control. I contacted the manufacturer through Amazon and Marcia responded to my inquiry. She was amazing! She completely understood my situation and immediately verified my mailing address and said a remote would be on the way. She sent confirmation of the shipment with the tracking number. I received the remote; which makes the experience of using this fireplace heater even better! And Marcia even followed up with me after to make sure all was well and that I was satisfied.
I know this review should be about the product, which I will get to 😉, but I had to mention the excellent customer service that this company provides. I am so impressed with the ease of the entire process, that as long as this heater keeps doing it’s job, I will buy more of this brand knowing how well they treat their customers.
The heater itself is lovely to look at. I bought it for my guest room, but quickly moved it to my living room after noticing how nice and relaxing it is to watch the “fire”. I have a gas fireplace so I just set this heater in front of it on the hearth and it’s very nice.
Putting the heater together was a chore for me. I’m usually really good at assembling items when the instructions are clear. These instructions were lacking so it took quite awhile before I got it assembled; but did it none the less! Better illustration would have been ideal.
The heater cuts off when it reaches the desired temp and then kicks back on when the room temp drops. The fire continues to glow even when the blower pauses. The timer works great. I am enjoying being able to change the colors of the flames and logs depending on the mood I’m in.
I bought this heater as a supplemental heat source because gas heat has become so expensive. It works great for this purpose. I’m enjoying all the bells and whistles on it, but the most important part to me was having a numerical thermostat that I could control. I set this several degrees higher than my ideal room temp and it works well. If you were to put your hand near the area where the heat comes out, it’s quite warm. This fireplace shouldn’t be in reach of small children either as the bottom of the front glass does get quite hot when the heater is running.
I am happy with every aspect of this heater and highly recommend it.
