Looks great and very sturdy, was worried it would look or feel cheap and certainly doesnt at all. Love having it running with just the fire place visuals when we are relaxing its very cozy. The audio sound option is nice but very gimmicky as it doesnt sound great.
Heat output is really good, warms things nicely and im not worried about any hazards from it. Only real complaint is the dial for setting temperature has a very wide range of temp. I only use the first like 1/6 of it as I never see a need to have it go over 75 degrees really, so trying to dial in the right temp is annoying. As well since the dial is hard to read you basically have to get down on your knees to adjust it.

Nice heater for small spaces. The crackling sound and the flame give it a great vibe—it doesn’t feel “fake”. Gives off great heat, for such a small machine. I had a small issue with the heater coil not working for some reason, I emailed customer service just to see if there was anything they could do. Let me tell you—BEST customer service I have dealt with. Britany was amazing! So nice and wanted to help make it right. Sent me a new heater and was 100% a pleasure to work with. Great customer service goes a long way. I would recommend this company to others. Will be a return customer again!

I purchased this lil happy for my husbands camp. It is perfect. The flame and sound is very realistic. Also it heats great. I love that u can have any of the features independently. When it’s too warm for heat you can still enjoy the ambiance and sound of a fire. Very sturdy construction… the only thing that I would change is it would be awesome to have a remote control so you could adjust the heat from the couch

We changed our screened in porch to a sunroom, that does not have heating/cooling vents. It is my favorite room in the house and this little heater warms up the room rather quickly. Our one year old grandson loves it too. He can touch it without getting burned. He knows to stay away from the vent underneath. However, the vent blows out the warm/hot air just like a real fire, so that is a deterrent for little hands. Our 14 year old dog likes to sleep in front of it during the day. The “flames” look real and it sounds real. You have to have the heating element on to see and hear the flames. It will overload your circuit breaker if another high energy appliance is being used at the same time. I had the heater on, then went to vacuum. another and my circuit breaker shut off. Even though it was 2 separate rooms, the same circuit was being used.

This arrived today and I immediately had to set it up. It was packaged well. The legs have to be screwed on. It has a sturdy three prong plug.

The top, sides and back stay cool.
It puts out heat! Our furnace has been struggling with some cold temps but this little guy has our 12×16 ft living room super toasty.
The flame looks pretty dang realistic from a few feet away. The color is spot on.
Thermostat control allows you to “set a temperature” basically meaning it won’t just stay on forever.
Dislikes:
The heater doesn’t stay on continuously (both a pro and con really) — meaning if you’re sitting in front of it you’ll be toasty one second and cool the next.
The fan for the heat only has one setting— meaning you’ll be hot as you know what and then cold when it turns off. Only if you sit right in front of it. Otherwise the fan output is great because it pushes the heat out.
Doesn’t matter to me but the “fireplace” can be on without the heat but not the other way around. Also there was no remote control.
Crackling sound is sort of goofy but if you close your eyes and imagine a cold breeze and the smell of fire it’s convincing enough 😉

So I’ve always wanted a fireplace, i love the warm and coziness of the view of a fireplace in fall and winter. But I’ve never had the pleasure of having one. So i was excited to see this! It was the perfect size and color to fit right in front of my console. The first day it arrived it was absolutely beautiful. Though it was still quite warm even in Illinois at that time, when I came home from work I would turn on the flame and sound for the vibe and leave the heat off. I didn’t use it everyday, just a few days each week in the evening. But before long I started noticing it wasn’t as brightly lit as it was the first day i turned it on. Then before long the flame feature was completely gone. Hasn’t even taken a month off light to medium usage. So i contacted the seller (I believe in contacting the seller before leaving bad reviews), showed them these exact photos, and they offered a 30% refund. I refused it because without the flame feature. This is just a regular space heater. And a 30% refund isn’t even enough to buy regular space heater. I chucked the $180+ out because i specifically wanted the flame feature. I already have plenty of space heaters at home. So they offered to send me a new heater with the working flame. I accepted hoping that the initial one that i got was just a fluke. They delivered it, but i wasn’t able to really use it to test it out again because I traveled for 5 weeks. Came back in the middle of winter and turned it on. It’s been about 3 weeks again of light usage, and yet again. The flame feature is practically gone. A huge waste of money. It literally last like 2 weeks of light use. By week 3 you start seeing the dimming, and by week 4, there is no flame. Right when the return window closes. Save your money, or take your chances, up to you to decide. Now I’ve got to figure out where to dump this disappointment.

I really am happy with this purchase. It looks exactly as pictured. It is the perfect size. I bought for our guest room, but have been using it in living room. It has 3 switces, 1 is turn it on (to have the look of fire), 2nd one is for heat and 3rd is the crackle noise. I do not care for the crackle feature; it’s not necessary and a little loud but not obnoxious. It doesn’t put out a ton of heat, however, it’s enough to warm the room. I definitely recommend it and I plan on purchasing another one soon.
