I love this thing! The ambiance it gives is great and it really does warm things up. I like that it doesn’t look like a traditional heater so I can have it out during winter and it adds something to the room. Some nights I liked to just have the fire going while I watched tv and have the rest of the lights off as well. Really cute.

I have several of these pretty little fireplace heaters and they work wonderfully (put out a lot of heat without consuming too much energy). After about 9 months, the flame element went out. The heater still worked, but the 2 switches both don’t turn on the light anymore. ( I later learned this is due to the way it’s wired).
I contacted Turbro via Amazon and their customer service reached out to me. We troubleshooted and after nothing worked, they offered to replace my unit! It was sent to me the very next week.
I am so happy with their nice customer support, and I LOVE their heaters. I will continue to buy from them! Thank you!!!

This item has the best packaging I have ever seen. Box perfect when delivered. Neatly wrapped with uncommon care. Kudos to the packaging designers and shipping folks! This is cleaver, attractive and throws a lot of heat!. Sat it on the 8″ cooking ledge of my woodstove insert for use on milder days. Craftsmanship is outstanding. Very pretty design on all 6 sides. Easy to screw on cast hard plastic legs. Fan noise average. Warms up space quickly. Can use fireview without heating element / blower. I only wish the cord was 24″ longer, as you cannot use an extension cord, and more length would allow more versitile placement and hiding the cord a bit. Great price for a decorative small faux fireplace infared space heater.

I’ve owned this little electric fireplace for a year now and I LOVE IT! I purchased the 25″ Freestanding Stove to put in our en suite master bath for 1.) An extra heat source on those super cold mornings and 2.) Because of the ambiance that it brings to the space!
I read a ton of reviews and watched videos to see the flame in action before picking one and and very happy with my purchase.
I love that the unit does not get hot anywhere except the bottom where it says “caution hot” so we can safely use it around our pets and use the top of it for some extra storage of a plant or tissues in the bathroom.
I love that it comes with a remote. I’ve never had an issue with it and only use the remote to turn it on and off. If you lose your remote, don’t fret! There are buttons just inside the door to turn it on and adjust the settings.
There are different heat settings available: you can adjust the temp as needed, you can set it on a timer and you can even adjust the brightness of the flame.
It plugs into a standard outlet easy peasy, no special wiring needed.
It arrived with only its legs needing to be attached. It was very easy to assemble and move around as needed. (It’s quite light!)
I don’t have any negative points about this fireplace and would 110% recommend it to a friend!

This was a lower priced heater that looked almost too good to be true. And it turned out to be! It was so bad and incredibly dangerous; I couldn’t believe how bad it was. First and foremost, it is dangerous! It is a house fire waiting to happen! The cord and plug were very hot and the plug and wall receptacle was scorched. I’m not an electrician, but something very bad was happening! The other issue was that after it warmed up after about 5 minutes, it began to smell like dead fish! At first I thought it was something that had gone bad in my refrigerator, but after I turned off this Chinese made heater, the smell disappeared immediately! Turned it back on and the offending odor had returned immediately! Weirdest thing I ever saw/smelled! I am returning it and do NOT recommend it, primarily because of the safety issues and concerns about a probable fire hazard, and secondly… it just stinks like something died in it! And if something did die, I don’t want to know what it is! My dog is present and accounted for and we’re not missing any neighborhood children! If this is a lemon, okay. But if this is a recurring set of problems, then it should be taken off the market and recalled!
Unsafe, and it smells to high heaven!!! Two Thumbs Down!!! 👎 Don’t waste your time or money with this one!!!

This tiny heater is perfect for my small rooms. It is attractive and small enough to move from one room to another with ease. Heat source can be lowered or increased to personal liking, it cuts in and out as needed. The flame is a little too red to be realistic and the unit is pretty loud when it is running. But overall I was happy with this product, it works as I expected and wanted. I would recommend.

I bought this to add some coziness to my art studio, which is in our basement. I’m loving it! Works great, puts out a surprising amount of heat, and it’s so small I can actually move it around easily to different spots when I want to, which I love.
I went ahead and also bought a tiny white noise machine that has fireplace noises and sits on top of the fireplace – per the suggestion of some other reviewers. The fire plus the crackling sound, my studio feels so cozy now I never want to leave! I’m surprised what a difference it could make to just have a little fake fire going while I work. If you have a small space you want to make cozier, this thing is great!

Update: 12/20: Company support has been nothing short of TERRIFIC. We emailed in video with comments and they responded in less than a day. With a bit more information they kindly gave us a refund that should hit within 3-5 days. Not their fault – we just received a faulty piece. I would purchase from them again solely bc of their Support Team!
Note: I have emailed company video of fireplace and waiting for response. Received 3 days ago to replace one we had purchased at Home Depot 8 years ago that was fabulous. Easy to assemble. looks nice. Set temperature to 78. Room is 340 sq ft with high ceilings. 1) It is so NOISEY. The fan is unbelievably LOUD. I sent video to company to see if this is right. 2) We are now on day 4 and not sure it warms up the room. IF you stand in front of it, yes you feel the heat but sitting a few feet away nothing.

My office / workshop is in the basement. Always chilly in here even with the electric baseboard heating. Now with my beautiful little fireplace behind me, my shoulders and back are not frozen at the end of my workday, and it heats/warms a fair sized room.
Legs were easy to install, and I love the fact I can have just the fireplace on without the heat function. Adds a nice coziness to the room. Nice and quiet too.
I would definitely recommend!
