Excellent product, I just wish it had more than three speeds. You can use it as a normal fan or a cooling fan (cold water and ice effect). This is an excellent product for a small or normal sized room. The cooling packs and remote control are a great addition to the product. You only really need one ice pack at a time for cooling effect but they give you two. You can use one, and change it out with the other pack if you need constant cooling in the fan. The fan itself isn’t too loud or noisy either. Make sure you follow the instructions it came with to avoid leaks and spills. I would definitely buy again if I need a fan. 4.5 out of five stars.

Easy to fill stays cool easy to use no issues with leaking, I had another fan that cost more money and was a disaster that caught fire this so far has been worth every penny. Ice packs are simple to fill and stay cold. Only issue is they swell and one cracked but no worries you can just throw ice cubes in it and it stays cold.

I purchased this item on August 4th based on the information and pictures advertised. I am very disappointed with the air cooler fan. It proved inadequate to provide actual cooling for a small room as stated. Therefore, for me it was a poor investment.
