The fireplace in our living room is absolutely fantastic! While I think it would be even better if it were enclosed, it’s still really nice as it is. My mom absolutely adores it, and it keeps her feeling warm and cozy as she settles in to watch her favorite shows on Britbox, it’s quite a sight to see, haha! Although I’m not quite sure how to operate it, it definitely works like a charm for her. If you’re considering installing an enclosed fireplace insert or replacing your current one, this is the one you should go for. The remote control is compact and simple to set up, and the multicolored display of the flames is just gorgeous and incredibly calming.

This fireplace has been nothing but trouble from the beginning. Installation was easy enough and it has a nice appearance but nothing else works well. First, the heat output is pretty low. Our living room isn’t big but it fairly unaffected by this heater. It definitely isn’t something that you can turn on and cozy. Second, the motor that makes the flames dance was loud. Very loud. I contacted the seller and was pleased by there customer support. They sent out a new motor and gave a small ($20) refund. Replacement was easy enough but found that the craftsmanship of this unit is pretty low. Many of the screws were stripped out on the back panel. If you are not mechanically inclined, the replacement will not be easy for you. New motor was fine but now after a month has started making the same grinding noise. The third issue is that the flames are very dull. You can’t see them at all during the day and very little at night with a lamp on. Even with the lights off the flames are drowned out but the front light for the plastic crystals.
Overall, it has some potential to be a cost effective fireplace option but it just isn’t built well enough. Would not recommend and am currently pursuing a return or refund.

This is a great product. My electrician had it up in about 30 minutes. The great thing about it is the plug is on the side. You can have your electrician install another outlet and the front panel of the fireplace will hide it if you plan on just mounting it which is what I did. The colors are vibrant in the flames. The heat is alright. If you are looking for a main heating source for a large room you may be disappointed. It will heat it, but it takes awhile. This is better heating wise for a small apt, or smaller room. If you want it for aesthetics you can’t be the price or looks. It’s a nice fireplace.

La Chimenea llego antes y en perfecta condiciones, estaba muy escéptica ya que en CDMX no había encontrado un proveedor que pudiera venderme una chimenea como la de la publicación y me daba miedo que llegará rota o con algún defecto. Para mi sorpresa llego super bien protegida, funcionando al 100 y las medidas que vienen en las descripción del producto son las reales por si necesitas ir avanzando en tu proyecto mientras llega la chimenea. No dudes en comprarla no te arrepentirás.

Adds a beautiful aesthetic to my living room. Fan level is acceptable when heat is on. The remote does not work and after contacting support a new one was sent. This did not solve the problem so I may need to have a look to see if sensor got moved in shipping, the panel display works fine on the unit so rather than sending it back I am still happy with my purchase. Great customer service as always with Amazon.

I love this fireplace! It’s sleek, modern and my contractor commented on how easy it was to install. The vents were surprisingly powerful to push the heat and the flames change colour all with the touch of the remote. I saw much more expensive options at Home Depot so I’m glad I found this one!

We love it so far but haven’t tried the heat yet. We purchased the 50″ and it fits nicely under our 55″ tv.
The fact that it is ultra-thin is definitely a plus as it allowed us to make our accent wall thiner and save space.

My husband built a mantel in our bedroom and this was perfect! The amount of heat is great, it’s easy to use and it was a great price. It was easy to install as well. Love that it changes colors and comes with a remote.
