I absolutely love my pink Airvida L1 wearable air purifier. Since my first purchase in April 2023 I have worn it nearly every time I leave my house. I bought it to ward off Covid, and so far it has worked, through 12-hour plane flights, many international train rides, through hours-long shifts working with the public in a busy Washington DC museum. The pink pliable casing around the unit has started to give way.
I sent an email to the manufacturer and have yet to hear back to find out how to fix it. In the meantime I bought a second one, since I rely on it.
I now see I should have registered the warranty for the first one, although there was no obvious registry information for the first one. So the warranty has run out based on the manufacturer date. I have only had it 8 months. Warranty is for a year.
I tried registering the new purifier multiple times and the registration form rejects me each time. I have sent an email asking how to register the warranty when it is rejected. I hope to hear.
Registration form asks for country of sale — US is not an option. I looked at support information. The closest support to the US is the UK, so perhaps no warranty because I live in the US? But the literature doesn’t say so.
I hope my second purifier lasts longer than 8 months.
Again, a fabulous product. It just needs to hold up more than 8 months and offer support in the US.
