Nice looking unit and luv the versatility from propane to NG but could not keep it lit and where I purchased had a 30 day return and I went over that so I have it stored for now and end up going to TSC and getting a Mister Heater that was specified for NG and just luv it…

The glass of this heater exploded in pieces while it was on, this happened during its second winter season of use. They only give a one year warranty so I could not claim a change. I do not recommend it

I like the design and the look of it. I’ve had it installed for just over a year. I live in Pittsburgh and it’s been a cold winter. I have this installed in my garage so I only put it on for a few hours while I’m in there working. It’s about 600 sq ft with a 9’ ceiling and this heater handles that with absolutely no problem. Good purchase for me.

Unable to install the heater right away. I really wished the product info and even product book said what all was sold separately. I would have ordered everything together. So, you need a two stage regulator and a fittings kit. I would have liked to install it before the -20 temperatures came. Instead, I was replacing light switches in my garage because they had ice in them.
