Noise is very low. Keeps my home nice and warm without using the big heater. When I shut it off the big heater will kick in at 60 degrees. Excellent product!!!

Definitely a neat little fireplace for the price. Really sets the mood in the colder months and at Christmas time. I like that it has speed variations for the flames, as well as color variations.
The remote doesn’t work very well unless the doors are open because of where the sensor is placed. The unit itself is metal and looks good. The only assembly required was screwing the feet on. Runs pretty quiet as well.
The heating element is toward the top of the unit and blows upwards – which means that in order to feel any heat, you need to be standing essentially right in front of it. This unit is not for heating up a space unless it is a small, closed room. A small ceramic space heater will put out much more heat than this unit will.

We got this little fireplace stove for the ambience factor. We don’t have a fireplace, and that hygge feeling was just missing. we went to those fancy stores and I just couldn’t bring myself to pay thousands for one with a water line and dedicated circuit. Those are cool, but out of our priority budget. Looks and price were more important than heat output. I would say that the heat output is good. I don’t love the heating fan sound, but it sounds exactly like a space heater. What I wish it had was a crackling sound to it. That would step it up a ton. I put my bluetooth speaker near it and put a log crackling sound on the bluetooth speaker and it is so much more enjoyable. (That is my #1 recommendation for whatever electric fireplace you choose.)
I like the several color options for the bed and the flame. I wish there was a more relistic yellow flame. The yellow has green and other non realistic colors in it. I don’t need as many flame speeds, as anything below #3, is just not realistic. I do like the little plastic nugget rocks. It gives a nice look. The dimmer is nice to get just the right amount of light in the firebox.
To me, the timer is unnecessary for my needs. I can turn it on and off easily with the remote. The remote is pretty cheesy, so we shall see how long it lasts. The buttons on the inside can be out of reach for kids, with the screw key, which is nice for young families. We don’t need that, but it’s nice to have.
While I can see on 3 sides, the sides are less realistic than the front, so you may prefer the lattice on the sides, which gives a hint of fire, but you can’t then see how unrealistic the flames are.
Everything was packaged and shipped well. No chips, dents, or scrapes to the unit, which would have been an automatic return for me.
For the price this is great. I would not go any smaller. And, if they have any sound in the future, that would be a stellar upgrade.
EDIT: During this Polar Vortex that is bone-chilling cold, we have resorted to using the heat, and I am thrilled with the performance. Our own home heat was struggling to keep us in the mid 60s. This was able to keep things cozy. It does add to the electric bill, but is worth it when severe cold weather hits!

First of all, I will say their customer service is very nice. They not only always respond to my email soon, but also help me solve the problem very well. Both me and my wife bought the stove heater, but we only need one. In fact, I got very angry when I knew my wife also bought one, because I think it was a waste of money. I contacted the customer service right away and told them that I already bought a heater at their store. My wife bought another heater because she didn’t know I’ve already bought one. I quickly heard back from their customer service and that surprised me. I didn’t expect them to reply so soon. They gave me two solutions in the email. Me and my wife finally decided to take one of the solutions after a discussion. I decided to keep the two heaters since the temperature is getting colder and colder at night. In order to help my parents to sleep well at night, we decided to give one heater to my parents. Also, another problem we faced is that we are about to move. Due to the COVID-19, my friends around me are complaining that everything they bought on Amazon took so long to arrive, and sometimes they even receive damaged packages. I searched help from the customer service and asked them if they can deliver the products before I move. I received their reply at noon on the following day. They told me that there is a warehouse near my house and they already arranged my package will be sent to my house from this warehouse. It made me feel very intimate.
Sure enough, I received these two packages before we moved, and they were well-packaged. There was no damage to the box. After I moved to the new house, I couldn’t wait to open one of the boxes. When I took the heater out, my first feeling was that the heater is very light, not as heavy as I thought, and it is almost a complete heater. All I need to do is to put four feet on the bottom and I only need a screwdriver to help me set up. The set up was very easy, and it only took me about five minutes. Then I turned on the heater, I was amazed as soon as the heater was turned on. I thought this was going to be a very ordinary flame, but what I didn’t expect was that this flame looks very vivid, just like a real flame. Moreover, all three sides of this stove are made of transparent glasses. You can see the realistic flame instead of being black like other stoves even if you were not standing in front of the stove. I think it is a really nice design. In addition to this, another design that really surprised me was that the switch is hidden. The switch is near the bottom of the stove. When you closed the two front glass doors, the doors will block the switch, and the switch will not affect the overall aesthetics of the stove. So I think it was a really detailed design. I decided to put this stove in our bedroom because I found the brightness of the flame is adjustable. So the heater won’t be too bright and will not affect me and my wife’s sleep. And if I want to go to the bathroom in midnight, I won’t stumble over anything else on the ground because of the light of the heater.
Another very important reason is why I chose to put this stove in our bedroom instead of the living room. It is because the living room of our new home is very big, so putting this stove in the living room is not very effective. However, I can feel the heat very quickly, when I put this heater near my feet.
I strongly recommend purchasing this product. I think this stove heater is the best product in this price range. My parents also said that this heater is very good. Although it cannot heat up a large space, but its heating ability can be well reflected in a small room

Was not expecting this stove/electric fireplace to be as awesome as it is. I haven’t used the heat function yet because it’s still the beginning of September in Texas. However when things start to cool off in a couple of months I will do my best to update my comments. As of right now I think I got a really great deal. The fire looks real and the dogs are even cuddling up in front of it in spite of theirbeing no heat coming out.
