Edited review: Let’s see how long it last. After 3 months the knob is very tight, it still works though, just not sure when is going to break completely. I thought I needed to clean the tank more often because the quality of the vapor was diminishing. Now I think is the equipment itself. No matter how well or often I clean the tank, the vapor at max setting is about 60% of what it was at first. Not bad or weak vapor but quite standard. I shouldn’t have wasted my money, from Consumer Report I got the impression good humidifiers start at around one hundred dollars. So, when this one breaks completely I will either get a $20 unit (basically disposable), or go big. In my case I wanted to see if my wife liked sleeping with a humidifier, so look for something economic. So, now I am looking around again to see good humidifiers. This should be marketed as a disposable humidifier./ [*** This is the original review] Nice thick vapor, and works great with essential oils. Once you understand the humidifier, it’s not hard to handle. The only thing is the lights are very easy to turn on by mistake, although not difficult to turn them back off, it feels like an unnecesary hassle. I don’t think people care much about those lights, so maybe they could get rid of them in the future. I find them a little distasteful, people are looking for a humidifier, not a smoke machine for the disco. Considering it is not a decorative wood or stone imitation diffuser, I think for most situations the lights are more of a nuisance than a useful feature. I mean, who would want to showcase a big white bucket with blinking lights in the middle of a spa or similar. No one!! This big white bucket of humidifying bliss is for the privacy of our homes, so just get rid of the stinking lights… please?

At first the LED wasn’t working and I was okay with that, I mainly needed it for white noise and well, the obvious. After a 3 day use, the LED’s started working and I freaked out like a kid in a candy shop, I was so excited and I went through the color cycle at least 5 times before I was satisfied.
The only downfall is how QUICK it sucks up water even on the lowest setting. about 22oz almost lasts all night, maybe about 7 hours. It works, it does its job, it’s pretty and it has LED, it’s loud enough to sleep to, quiet enough it doesn’t get noticed during the day to the point when it runs out, I won’t notice for a few hours.

We recently got the YOGIN Humidifier for our bedroom, and it has exceeded our expectations! With a 2.5L capacity and ultrasonic cool mist, it’s perfect for our large room and works wonders for our baby nursery and in our living room.
One of the standout features is how quiet it is—at just 24db, it’s barely noticeable, making it perfect for nighttime use. Our toddler absolutely loves the changing colors, which adds a fun and soothing element to bedtime. The night light feature is a great bonus, too. especially with the timer so I don’t have to get up and turn the light off once my toddler is asleep.
The top-fill design makes it incredibly easy to refill and clean, which is a huge plus for busy parents. We also appreciate the auto shut-off feature for peace of mind. The timer function is fantastic for setting it up at bedtime, ensuring a comfortable sleep environment all night long.
Overall, the YOGIN Humidifier is a fantastic addition to our home. It’s easy to use, efficient, and offers great features that cater to both kids and adults. Highly recommend!

I’ve bought quite a few $100+ humidifiers over the years. But they always have funky filters and hard to clean parts. And if one happens to get mold or mildew in it, it’s nearly impossible to clean it completely. And I wind up tossing it because every time you run it afterwards the humidifier still smells.
But I get super dry in the winter and NEED a humidifier when I’m I sleep. So this past winter I decided to buy a cheap one that wouldn’t be as much wasted money if I had to throw it out. Little did I know that this cheap no grills humidifier would be the best one I’ve owned. I used it every single night from early November until the middle or March. It worked great, was easy to fill, but also… IT’S EASY TO CLEAN. There’s no hard to reach areas or impossible to clean parts. The very few parts there are, come apart and reassemble so easy. All you need is a dish brush and some dish soap. And the thing never even got the dreaded mildew smell in the first place.
I just pulled it out of my bedroom today and did a final clean before putting it away until next winter and it looks and smells nearly brand new. I was so thrilled with it that I immediately came to write this review. Go figure. This inexpensive little thing that I was prepared to throw out at the end of the season beat out all the fancy expensive humidifiers I’ve used and will go on to be used next winter. Hopefully it will last for years to come, but even if it doesn’t, I’d buy this exact same one again for the ease of cleaning it alone.

I got this for my dog to help her with her breathing. Easy to use just add water till the max line. I add eucalyptus essential oil. Once you plug it in and turn it on it automatically mist. It stays on for a long time. You can choose the light color or no light. You can put a timer on it. You can choose how much mist is coming out. It’s a low water trickle noise but mostly quiet. The performance and durability of this humidifier is top tier. The best one I have ever owned. It’s worth the money! I’m going to buy another one soon for my nephew.

I love this humidifier for a lot of reasons. It’s the perfect size, it has a nightlight with color selection, it’s easy to use, but most of all it’s easy to clean! My old humidifier was so difficult to clean and kept growing all kinds of mold. This is much lower maintenance and works great.
