What I didn’t like about this product is it big and bulky, they left the most important part out when they sent it to me ,which was the window slider ,which Amazon made up to me ,bless you Amazon ,and I have it in my living room ,for such a big air conditioner it doesn’t keep it as cool as my 8,000 BTU window one, keeps my kitchen ,so the price was right on it but just didn’t satisfy my living room ,kind of disappointed on not getting the window slide when it came ,cuz it happened to be a really hot day and I needed it.

I don’t know where to start but this AC worked good for an hour then I had to put the drain holes in it to get it working
It was filling the bucket up with water every hour
It’s not worth the money!!!

I would definitely recommend this. Our AC died in the middle of a heat wave. Our inside temperature was 87° and this unit cooled it down to 70°. It took about 48 hours to fully cool down. We have a townhome and this unit worked on the main level. During 100° heatwave I was grateful!

Don’t buy this it’s junk 3 days almost caught house on fire and amazon doesn’t give a crap keep selling the crap !! Ask for assistance nothing DO NOT BUY !!!!! Spend money with Amazon Regularly and have prime so glad they love their customers!!!

Set up was straight forward and started working as soon as it was all set up. I’ve never felt my room so cold which is exactly what I was looking for. Nothing but good things to say, I can’t recommend it enough.
