Wrecker moved old unit out and new unit into place and it was up and running not long after placement. Home dropped 10 degrees in 30 minutes. Hope I never have to but would buy again. Super fast shipping. It arrived much earlier than we expected. My husband installed it himself and it works great. When we installed it, one of the panels was missing. Once we messaged the seller, they immediately called, and sent out a replacement panel. It took the panel longer to arrive but it arrived and my husband will be putting it on. The individual who called my husband apologized about the missing panel. He was very nice and provided A + customer service. The unit has been hooked up for a month and runs well.
