Bought this as an upgrade from one of those little ones that barely did anything. This works much better. The tank is small, but I think in order to get a larger capacity tank they would have had to make this thing much bigger, and it is already quite heavy. The sound on high is not that bad, like having an air conditioner running on low. My only improvement suggestion would be for a little LED light to illuminate the water level window to be able to monitor the water level. The size is not too invasive, but it is heavy, and does remove moisture.

I had purchased a smaller unit for laundry room. It works okayish. So I decided to purchase this unit after going through tons of reviews and options. I am so glad I went with this one. It works amazing. It’s in the basement and I leave it on set at 45%. It automatically stops when it reaches the set humidity percent and comes back on as needed. Since I have plugged it in, I have emptied the container every day which shows that it works well. It automatically stops once the container is full. It’s also not that loud which is a plus. It comes with a drain pipe if you want to use it without having to empty the container. The wheels make it easy to move it around. The lights are different color depending on the humidity level and red when the container is full making it very easy to monitor and operate. I am definitely happy with the purchase and upset that I didn’t do it sooner. If you are looking for a dehumidifier, this is definitely a winner in my book.

After receiving this dehumidifier, I thought it was quite small for one that covers 3,500 sq ft, but it works like a charm and does its job. I was also a little skeptical of how well it would work with the price being much less than the large box store comparable units, but I am overall pleased. So pleased with the dehumidifier, I recommended it to my parents to replace theirs, and they love it also!!
The dehumidifier this replaced was old, large, loud, and you knew when it was running. This one is much quieter with its two fan settings and quite a bit smaller than the old one. I originally had it in my living room, and it worked well there, but I had to empty the reservoir tank three times a day it worked so well, so I put it in the basement where I can have it drain into the sump. Now, in the basement working out, I can listen to the radio (unlike the old one), even on the high fan setting. It has reduced the humidity level from 65% to 45% within two days, where I want it to be.
One must-have when I was looking at dehumidifiers is when the power flickers or goes out, it will remember the settings and turn itself back on. The controls are easy to use, and it has wheels at the bottom of the unit and a handle at the top, so moving it around is easy. Then the 3-year warranty is an added plus. Highly Recommend.

I bought the white version. It looks fabulous and very easy to move around with four wheels. It is very quiet when turned on. When setting the fan speed at low I cannot even notice it. Although it barely makes noise, it works very effectively. After I took a shower, my bathroom’s humidity went to 72%RH. It took around 20 mins to bring the humidity down to below 50%RH! The operation menu is clean and self-explanatory.
Overall, this is a very decent dehumidifier that works very well with my apartment (750 sq. ft). I would strongly recommend it to all

Helps keep my entire house dry. No more weird basement smell, and helps my air conditioner run better. Optional hose is very long to allow you to find the best spot for this in your space. We couldn’t believe how much water this removed from our basement. I like the automatic humidity level setting, and it’s quieter than I’d expect from such a powerful unit. Don’t let the small size fool you, this thing packs a punch.

This is about the size of two bread machines and is on wheels – good weight to it, too!
Easy to get up and running and it is amazingly quiet as it works away incredibly quickly, efficiently.
It has a slim light bar that glows green, letting you know it is running, and red when tank is full (it beeps as well, loud enough to hear a couple rooms away).
Here is where it lacks a star – description claims the tank is 40 pints. 40 pints is 5 gallons. This tank is deceptive at first glance – you think it is the entire bottom of the machine. It is not. It wraps around the condenser (or whatever the magic mechanical bit is) and is thin. It holds MAYBE a gallon, gallon and a half, possibly 2 gallons (gallon is 8 pints, NOT 40). Absolutely NOT 40 pints. Which means you will be emptying the tank about three times a day, depending on how humid the area you have it in. Just to give you an idea of my usage: Before the machine, humidity in main living area (1400 sq ft open concept home) was 68% and the machine keeps it at a lovely 50-50%, and no, it does not run all the time. But yes, I have to empty the tank 3, 4 times a day. Not a deal breaker when weighed against how efficient and how quiet the machine is. BUT the product description is definitely misleading.
The tank is secure, fits snug, easily removed, easily emptied, easily cleaned should you need to do so. I water my plants with the water.
Would I buy this one again? Absolutely. But given the size of the tank, I am sure I over paid. But I’m on the fence about that because of how quiet and efficient it is. Can’t make up my mind and I should soon, because I want a dehumidifier for the master bedroom. Finding one that is efficient AND quiet? SO DIFFICULT!

This is a nice dehumidifier – very quiet and easy to use. It states it is for 4000 sq feet. My house is 1800 sq feet and the humidity went up instead of down while it was running. It does remove water and is almost silent but is really meant for a single room. The description is completely inaccurate but i gave it three stars since it worked and was quiet. I did return it though.
