Very well made sleek looking dehumidifier. This comes with everything you need to set up right away. You can choose whatever humidity percentage you want that’s comfortable for you. You can either set up with the hose attached down a drain so it continuously drains the water (just check the filter and make sure no clogs form) or you can choose not to use the hose if you don’t have a drain nearby and use the tank that collects the water/moisture from the air and fills the tank up. Once full the dehumidifier automatically shuts off until you empty the tank so you don’t have to worry about the tank overfilling and making a giant mess. So far it’s working really well at keeping our home dry during this awfully humid summer!

This machine is the best. Put this in the basement right by the sump pump and it operates on automatic, keeping the humidity around 45%…. I wish I would have purchased this a couple years ago as it makes the basement a pleasant place to work in…

I bought it bc its the most energy efficient dehumidifier for 1,500 sq ft and under made at moment. It uses the same or less energy as the little shinco one I had that coudl barely handle 1,000 sq ft. now my basement which is only 1,000 sq ft doesnt smell humid, or damp.
works very well. so well you can see the water driipping out the drain hose if you stand there a couple minutes.
on low not very loud, might take out more humidity and or water on M or H, but i dont want higher electric bill. had it runing a few days, without raining, stays around 56-60 % humidity, which I am fine with.
havent had crazy heavy rain yet but the little shinco one I had wasnt sufficient for summer humidity. the basement wasnt really damp but smelled damp, this one works really well, and I imagine on M or H woudl really get a damp basement pretty low like 40 =50 but i m not willing to pay more for that in electric bill bc this geeser already made electric, energy, and food skyhigh.
it seems to defrost a lot. now its only spring and has been low 30s and 40s at night, but my basement never goes below 50 degreees, hopefully when it gets a little warmer outside and in basement it wont defrost so much bc that uses more energy, but at least it has ability to defrost, all of my old dehumifidiers espec. in winter woudl freeze up shake and make noise and id have to turn it off a while. this one can handle it. I highly recommend. so does energy star. works better than most brands and ive had 3 so far in 7 years bc they have broke or didnt work well enough. and some used way too much energy.
this one you can drain bucket or gravity drain, so i put it on a chair and drain out through floor drain for hvac. I love it.
