Bought this dehumidifier for our basement. Humidity had gotten out of hand running around 68%. Never have had it like that before. My husband found this dehumidifier and after researching decided it was what we needed. After in boxing it ( box it came in from Amazon was all beat up) setup was relatively easy.
Once you figure out all the symbols and get the drain hose and electrical cord to straighten out. The machine works exactly as promised. Humidity dropped 20 points overnight and is continuing to drop. Really like how quietly the machine runs can barely hear it. Can actually hear the water dripping over the motor and fan.
Really like the warranty on both the machine and compressor, better than industry standard. Would have to say without a doubt that this is one of the best purchases we have made.
Their customer service use very attentive. If any of our other dehumidifier units quite working we will definitely buy another one of these.

I live in the Midwest where it gets very humid in the summer and my AC does not do a very good job of removing the humidity. I bought this dehumidifier for the second floor of my home. I had one dehumidifier downstairs but the upstairs humidity was still getting over 70% at times. I have dust mite and mold allergies and both grow in a humid environment. The humidity itself also makes my congestion worse. Since I started using this dehumidifier it is much more comfortable and I feel better. It lowered the humidity significantly in the first few hours and after using it for a few days it is keeping it around 50-55% most of the time (or lower when the outside humidity dropped). In addition to how effective it is, what I like about it is: It is quiet, even on the higher speed; it has several different settings; the lights can be turned off completely except for a very dim power button (very important for sleeping); it’s easy to move to a different area; the bucket holds quite a bit and is easy to remove and empty; it seems to be of high quality with a better warranty than most; it’s Energy Star rated; it doesn’t take up a lot of space. My only suggestion for improvement would be to make the “full” alarm a bit louder, as I sometimes don’t hear it if I’m not nearby.

Buying this humidifier is one of the best purchases I have ever made. The difference in air quality is a difference in night and day. This particular brand is amazing. It is so quiet and so easy to set up. I like the sleek design and digital pad. The most amazing thing is the amount of water it draws out of the air. I like the size and design of the water tank. It has easy access for emptying. A hose is included if you prefer to drain the water out instead of using the water tank. I highly recommend this dehumidifier. Our living room is so comfortable now, and we don’t have to use the air conditioner as often.

I recently purchased the AEOCKY 52 Pint dehumidifier for my basement, which often gets damp and musty, especially during the summer months. After a week of use, I’m pleased with the performance and features of this unit.
This dehumidifier does an excellent job of pulling moisture out of the air. Within the first 24 hours, I noticed a significant decrease in humidity levels, and the air felt much fresher.
One of my concerns was the noise level, but I’m happy to report that this model runs quietly. Even in a living space, it’s not intrusive at all.
The digital display and controls are intuitive. Setting the desired humidity level and using the timer function was straightforward.
Auto Shut-off & Continuous Drain Option: The auto shut-off feature when the tank is full is convenient, and the continuous drain option saved me the hassle of emptying the tank frequently.
I appreciated that it has an Energy Star rating, which was an important factor in my decision
