It has been a long time since I’ve written an Amazon review but I need everybody on this website to know that this bad boy is the best humidifier I’ve ever owned. Living in a dry area and being an unfortunate occasional sleeping mouth-breather, I typically use a humidifier at night all year round, so I’ve cycled through quite a number of them. And let me tell you, all of the listings will say that their products are “easy to clean” and “super quiet” and “long lasting,” but nobody does it quite like the Livatro.
My biggest issue with humidifiers is cleaning. If you’re like me and only empty out and clean your humidifier every few days, not a problem. With other humidifiers, they only have the one hole where you pour water in, and once the calcium starts building up in there, you’re like “how in the world am I supposed to reach that???” Not this one! The way it dissembles is absolutely chef’s kiss, all of the parts come apart incredibly easily so that can be cleaned without breaking a sweat. You can fit your whole hand into the water tank even. It’s absolutely life-changing.
Besides all that, the tank holds enough water to last about 4 days before needing to be refilled if you run it only at night. It also does fulfill the promise of being ultrasonic quiet, has three different intensity modes depending on how hard you wanna breathe through your mouth, and keeps you nice and hydrated all night long. Please, buy this and experience enlightenment today. I, for one, and never buying another model of humidifier again.

I am someone who keeps buying humidifiers, then only uses them a few times because they all turn out to be too much trouble. Finally, I’ve found my dream humidifier that I use constantly. This humidifier is a simple design, so it’s super easy to use and not so daunting to clean. And it looks much nicer than any other humidifier. It’s shape is not unwieldly like all my previous humidifiers, so it is easy to move and to position. It puts out more mist than any other humidifier I’ve owned. I like that you can see the mist cloud coming out of this one. The very best thing is how quiet it is. The only sound is a faint hum, and I didn’t even notice that after the first few days.

Solid humidifier that works great and has so far been quite reliable. It works without too much fuss and hasn’t given me any problems – It’s definitely well made, and the footprint is nice.
Despite this I can only recommend it for the smallest of rooms. I’m using it in a slightly larger than average space and it’s not powerful enough to change the humidity reading of the room. While it appears to be pumping out a generous amount of mist, it just doesn’t fill up the space enough to make a difference. In larger areas you would want to sit near it.
Definitely not suitable if you’re trying to adjust the humidity of an entire room, but perhaps that’s obvious with the size of the dino.
On the plus side it’s super cute!

When my doctor suggested that I purchase a humidifier for my bedroom to add moisture to my skin and nasal passages…I had flashbacks about cleaning the humidifier of my youth! What a hassle and hard work to keep that era’s humidifiers sparking clean. I selected this brand because of the very good reviews. My new unit is my new best friend…so easy to clean and use! Simple and straightforward instructions…actually read them…very helpful! I actually took the advice of a review that mentioned a small amount of white vinegar and Aqua Sticks. Added these to the distilled water the first day…it works! My unit was delivered November 19, 2022 and I started it up immediately. Every couple of days I checked for any slime buildup or particulates in the water tank…nothing! Yesterday, November 29, I decided to clean the unit. What a surprise to find/feel no slime or other matter. I just dumped all the water, let it air dry for 2 hours and it was ready to go. I add a little water each day, check that the Aqua Stick is free to float in the tank and it’s good to go. I only use mine in the bedroom and run it from 6:00 pm-10:00 am. This is the perfect humidifier…just purchased another one for the great room!

This humidifier worked great for the first 6 months or so. It was easy to clean and loved the top fill; however, it stopped working and leaked everywhere!! Be careful where you put it or you could have quite a problem on your hands…

I kept my plants in a nice humid spot and this humidifier is great. I I love the top fill feature I like my humidifier hidden in the background so my plants are the center of attention so not having to pull out and lug the humidifier to the sink every day is time saved. And it’s super quiet.

I bought this humidifier to replace my excellent 25 year old Kenmore humidifier that just started dying on me. They were big shoes to fill and I was fully prepared to be disappointed; however, that hasn’t happened yet. It’s actually a pretty good machine. It looks nice, it’s very quiet, easy to refill and easy to clean. I’ve been using it almost every night for close about a month and I’m pleased with it. Also on the plus side is that I don’t have to replace a filter every month and it holds more water than my old one, and it turns itself off when the water gets too low. I guess that’s a good amount of pluses. A minus is that it doesn’t seem to have a lot of “umph” to the mist output; even on high it’s just okay. I do keep it right next to my bed and my bedroom is small,so I can feel the difference between when it’s on and when it’s off. But I don’t know if it would humidify a large room. Also, I have had no problem with wetness around the machine like some other reviews – I have it on a stand so the mist disperses through the air pretty well. All in all, I give it a thumbs up. Now if it will just last another 25 years…
