This fireplace looks great and bf said easy to install. Like the ability to change colors, etc. Does put out a good amount of heat. The size was perfect for our small space. Very happy with this purchase and would recommend.

This is the new age. Technology has progressed to the point where even flames look more digitalized. These flames don’t look like real fire. But in the setting and context mentored above, it’s completely cool.
Let’s face it. No one would be able to have a real fire place like this with real fire. Though that would be rockin. Anyway, take that or leave it. But I took it. And I love it.
It looks brilliant on my dart alley wall. My picture sure doesn’t do it justice. Trust me. This thing is cool. And the ladies love it. Well, in this case, my wife and daughter. But if this was a bachelor pad, you could bet this thing would be getting me some action, taking the hard part of the work right out of the equation.

I love this electric fireplace! It was simple to mount to the wall (my hubby not me – having a friend would be helpful too) in our new living room, and boy do it transforms the decor and vibe of the entire space. It’s sleek, with a modern essence and is gorgeous, especially being displayed below our seventy-seven inch flat screen.
I thought it might not be as uniformed as I had hoped, being a few inches smaller in length, but it looks just as good and in fact, they both compliment each other!

This fireplace is wonderful. After doing a lot of research and comparing models against each other I decided on this one. The price point was great and had everything we needed for our project. It was so much better than I expected! There are tons of options for the fire and rocks colors, brightness. I didn’t use all of the rocks but I don’t really think all of them were needed. This fireplace puts out a lot of heat. With two settings to pick from it heats up my large living room in no time! The only thing I’m not crazy about is the remote. You have to point it at just the right angle to get it to register to the unit. The fact the unit has touch screen is kinda cool though. I would definitely recommend this to anyone.

I have now purchased two of these fireplaces. They look actually pretty real for an electric fireplace. The color options are great and having the ability to provide heat to take the chill out of air is nice. I have built two entertainment centers around them. Very pleased! Just buy it. I didn’t bother screwing it to the framing, I just slid it in, which makes access easier if needed.

Fireplace is great, works and looks amazing! I did a good amount of research before buying this and I am impressed with what you get for the price.
After using it for a little over a year, the fireplace stopped working, it seemed like the fireplace was getting no electricity. We have a toddler that loves to play with the main on/off switch and I think this is what caused the issue/broke it. We were out of the return and warranty period, so without much hope, I decided to still reach out to the seller to see if they had any tips. After a few messages, seller informed me that their technician recommended changing the motherboard. They send me a new motherboard very quickly (at not cost) and after replacing it, the fireplace is back to working as it should. This is what I call exceptional service and shows care for your customer! Highly recommend this fireplace to anyone that are looking to add some cosiness to their home!

We’ve been working on this homemade fireplace for years now, moved it to a new house twice. Finally found a good price on the insert. It works perfect! The size is great for what we wanted with the 70 inch tv. Our living room is large and very open so we do not use the heat function much. The overall look creates a cozy feeling in the room!

Read many reviews before I decided on this reasons: 4 inch gap on fireplace they installed (just frame made of marble). Hung perfectly inside no over gap bracket flush on wall, no buttons or controls behind the fireplace box so perfect their also. 2 screws removes glass to hang box then just add crystal stones. Glass has two brackets just goes back on easy with hooks just go into groove. Many colors for stones. Many colors for flames can mix and match blue rock- blue flame or red flame, yellow and vice- versa. Rocks change to blue, red, pink, yellow, dark blue, white and green. I prefer blue rocks color and red flame or red and red too many to choose from also flame goes up 5 levels low to high. best part lights and crystals work with heat or without. Remote a lot of fun never have to use touch screen if you don’t want to get up remote does it all. We installed in 5 minutes that easy. You can watch install video on YouTube under how to install a touchstone sideline series electric fireplace. It’s same install as this but you won’t need it simple. Buy it promise you will like it and price for this is perfect. Great addition to the cheesy fake log they had with screen. ultra thin- perfect best part return if not happy.
