I followed the instructions and the unit failed to produce mist. It barely push out air at the top. After several hours, I contacted their help desk, which was responsive, but provided no solutions. They asked for pictures and were upset when seeing the base was full of water. I did not put water there and the tank did not leak. (They implied the fault was mine. I am very precise when following instructions. It is a faulty machine and not failed becausei pour the water into the tank in the wrong spot.)
I followed their instructions, which included removing the water from the base. After 90 minutes of operation and no mist, I turned it off, checked it, and the base was full of water again.
I sent more pictures telling them the unit was faulty. Again, they were upset seeing water in the base.
I offered to accept a replacement – send me a new one and give me a label to send this one to them. I made that offer twice over 2 days of correspondence. They never acknowledged that offer.
After several days of correspondence and no resolution, I am sending this failed humidifier back for a refund. I already purchased a different humidifier from a different company.
I am not pleased from this experience.

Very quiet. Easy to refill. Easy to use. Bought this during the winter for an elderly family member and it really helped to add humidity in her apartment, which was needed for health reasons.

Large tank and a very powerful mist make this an amazing humidifier. I love it!
Timers and the like are included with 3 fan speed settings and a humidity % setting, but I am happiest with the amount of mist and the size of the tank.
I’ve since received a second to add to my plant room.
These plants, Kids, are in paradise.

I am changing my rating from a 1 star to a 5 star. Why? I was contacted by Deepwave Customer Service (deepwave-aftersales)—after leaving my review—and offered a refund. I like the fact the company backed their product.

I bought this for my plant room and it works great. I am able to get the humidity up to 50%. Also it has a large reservoir so you don’t have to fill it too often. The support via an email address was quick and effective
