I purchased this commercial dehumidifier for my friend’s basement, and it’s been working really well. It pulls out a lot of moisture from the air, and you can really feel the difference in the room. The unit is solidly built and feels like it can handle heavy use. It’s not that big so it’s possible to move around, which is helpful when we need to relocate it to different areas. The control panel is simple to use, making it easy to adjust the settings. It also runs surprisingly quiet for its size. The drain hose makes it even more convenient, so I don’t have to worry about emptying a tank. Overall, it’s doing exactly what we needed it to do, and we’re happy with the purchase.

So, I own more dehumidifiers than the average person because I have a small business renting them out since most people don’t need/want them for long durations of time.
I generally buy large units as they can cover large and small spaces, however, I have had requests of renting out smaller units that are easier to place in attics and other areas that require ladder access.
I purchased this unit mainly due to the price (at the time there was a discount code too) and size.
I’ve heard of the Moiswell brand before, and the feedback has always seemed positive, so I decided to take the chance. Super glad I did! This unit is exactly what I was looking for.
Seems robust, well built and most importantly Portable.
Completed some initial testing and everything seemed great. Came back from a couple day job and the renter commented how nice it was to have a smaller unit that is much easier to move around compared to the 150+ pint dehumidifiers.
I will continue to look at Moiswell in the future if I need to purchase more especially if a sale is running.

Installed in a small crawl space beneath living space. Reduced humidity from 81% to 40% in less than 24 hours. Cannot hear device running in the space above; very quiet. Odors starting to dissipate. Very pleased so far.

Worked so good when I put it in the living room. Made the room feel dry and colder.
Then I put it in the 4 car garage and it has made the room feel so much better. We have an ac unit in there and with the humidifier now the room is keeping a nice temperature. Very great deal, super easy to use, not loud at all. Love it.

We had a 15 year old Frigidaire dehumidifier that this is replacing. This works so much better. Our basement is about 1000sqft, and pretty divided up. It’s “dry” for the most part, but needs some help staying out of the musty zone, as about any basement.
This has a much more realistic humidity sensor in it that probably does more smoothing than our old one did. This doesn’t drop by 5-10% a few minutes after starting. I have noticed that it seems to overshoot the target a bit before it turns off, but it seems to serve the purpose of running for a longer time instead of short cycling. This is a good thing.
The drain works really well, and the included hose is light weight and flexible. This is much appreciated over most units that don’t come with anything, forcing you to run to the hardware store and find something that works. There aren’t any fittings to screw on, as it’s a nice pinch clip. This specific one doesn’t have a water pump, so the drain needs to gravity feed. I personally wanted it this way, so a positive for me.
This unit is also way more efficient than our old one. It pulls 280W, where our old one was over 700W.
I’m super happy with this dehumidifier. Just please make sure you set it upright and leave it in place at least a day before turning it on to let the compressor oils settle from shipping.

I bought this dehumidifier after my last one quit working about 4 months ago. The other one was pretty good, but this one is excellent. The air intake is bigger than any I have had. The pump is really effective.The quiet mode actually works.
So very pleased with the result, Humidity level is better now.
This unit removes a lot of moisture quickly and quietly.
