Mr. Mecology –
Love this humidifier. Meets all my mycology tents needs and functions perfectly running two at a time though having to buy an adapter to make that work I will purchase again in near future for my newest tent. I believe it could run three at a time if they made such an adapter!

Amazing product once you figure out how to use it and not with the use of the instruction booklet! I read the booklet through forwards and backwards and couldn’t figure out how to get the settings just right but after calling AC Infinity’s customer service I was walked through it with ease. I will update my review as I continue to use the humidifier but so far I’m happy!

This was the first AC Infinity product I purchased and it worked so well that it convinced me to get other AC products (exhaust / filter, fans, outlet). I didn’t have the UIS controller when I first got it and it works fine without it, but once I got one with the intake fan/exhaust it’s a huge game changer.
Highly recommend this humidifier and AC Infinity in general, having everything connected to 1 system that is easily monitored and controlled via a very user friendly app makes growing much easier and I can confidently know that the environment inside my tent is perfect all the time.
Not related to this review, but I really wish they’d come out with a dehumidifier. I ended up getting one of the UIS controlled outlets to plug my dehumidifier into so I can control it that way, but would have rather gotten an AC Infinity one.

This product is way above amazing… I definitely recommend using distilled water instead of tap. Just because tap water does leave like a white powder on everything…learned the hard way…but the machine itself is great.
Work the money!!!!

I have the Controller 69 pro plus. I didn’t realize that the UIS is all unidirectional. Being one-way, I don’t see any notice that the water level is low and the machine is off. I can only see that my VPD is soaring.
The unit also comes with a sensor probe that is unusable immediately upon connection to UIS which is crazy because large tents absolutely need sensor averaging. There’s no way to do it. It’s a $17 part you are paying for but can’t use.
The unit is sorta quiet but from my workstation 6 feet away through closed up 2×4 tents I can clearly hear it. Adding water is not great. There’s a slim door up top and a cover plate that feels like it will break when removing or putting back.
I’ve already flooded my office hardwood floors because the reservoir sits precariously onto the base and a snag of the cable causes it to tumble due to high center of mass. I’ve since added in locking ties. Cleaning the unit is a huge pain because it’s hardwired to the outlet instead of a simple pull out power cord. So, if you think you can put your wires in a conduit and zip tie it all to keep things tidy, you are in for a surprise and a lot of work. This goes for all AC Infinity devices. I wonder if they even dogfood their products and software…

AC Infinity is the Rolls-Royce of the grow world. They will need to do better than this. When you pick this up to carry it, water floods out because of the design. The hose is horrible. Beyond horrible. Simply doesn’t work. I tried multiple different ways and I eventually get water all over the tent. I bought a new hose and that worked… for about twenty minutes before the water returned. No, I won’t stop buying their products because so far, this is the only product that isn’t a five star item.
UPDATE ON 8/26/2024: Once I replaced the hose, most of the issues went away. I simply purchased a one inch hose on Amazon. It came with clamps. The clamps mostly work for the T3. I set my 69 on 1.50 VPD and this thing worked great. Every time I crept to 1.50 VPD, the mist would appear. I also liked that the setting for the mist would adjust based on the need.

I recently tried the AC Infinity humidifier, and it’s a game-changer. The functionality is spot-on: it quickly and effectively adds moisture to the air, transforming dry rooms into cozy havens. The controls are intuitive, making it easy to adjust settings and maintain perfect humidity levels with minimal fuss. Plus, the sleek design blends seamlessly with any decor. If you’re looking for a humidifier that delivers consistent performance without complicating your life, the AC Infinity is a top choice. It’s as easy to use as it is effective, ensuring you get all the benefits of a well-humidified space without the hassle.

It works better than my $150 dollar humidifier the humidity sensor is more accurate and it puts out way more humidity. It also looks 100 times better. It’s quite but you can here a little bubbling. The other one no noise at all but it doesn’t have this much power. It has wifi and Alex tho that’s probably the only reason it costs more. But this one is better at what it needs to do .
