At Blew nothing but hot air it did not do what it was supposed to. Was not satisfied at all

Worked one time for about 20 minutes while testing. Failed to turn on again. Checked fuse, it was fine. Tried with a new fuse anyways, and it still wouldn’t turn on. When it ran, it had about the same power as a PC fan with a small water reservoir, and did not cool anything more than two feet away.
Seller (JugeAuuto) did not provide a prepaid return label. After I contacted them again and specifically requested one, they stated:
“Hi ，buyer, Thanks for your reply,we are sorry that this matter has troubled you. Pls do not worry,we will provide you with a satisfactory solution. You can return the item back to us first, and provide us with the receipt and tracking number, we will make a refund back to you after that. Again,sorry for the inconvenience caused,pls forgive and understand us. Pls feel free to contact us if you have any problems,we will try our best to deal with it. Wish you the best of health and success.”
After leaving a poor review here and a poor seller review, the seller provided a full refund. After they issued the refund they sent the following messages:

This was a complete piece of junk DO NOT BUY!. This was a cheap fan that didnt push air flow with a water tank that leaked. Totally not worth the money. Please take this off the market AMAZON.

I used it only once in my truck…..Not a significant fan and nothing ‘cool’ about it after adding cold water. Worse, it stayed on only about 10 minutes and then shut-down. In reading the details sheet, it actually said something like… ” If you have issues with it shutting down, try flipping the switch on / off. I haven’t used it since and don’t feel comfortable with an electrical product having issues even if it is only 12V DC
