I bought this to try to keep germs down in my classroom. I have been using it less than 2 weeks and it has suddenly stopped. I loved it while it lasted, but that is not long enough. I can’t figure out how to contact the seller, so I hope they will contact me so we can resolve the issue.

The media could not be loaded.
 It’s pretty simple to setup and use. Just remove the filter’s plastic wrapper and put it back in. Turn on and leave it in Auto mode. It’s funny how the air purifier fan intensifies when my son has a dirty diaper or dog passes by.
