This was a replacement unit for a room at my church, so the cutout and grate were already there. Slides in easy. Cools and heats very well.

Enclosed a two car garage for storage and built this unit in. You have to order the sleeve separate. Very important that the opening that the sleeve goes in is square. Unit slides in and just plug into the proper outlet. Good value.
