One would think that an 11,800 BTU air conditioner would adequately cool 500 square feet, wouldn’t you? But nooooo…this unit is simply not very powerful. By the time you buy the sleeve for a couple of hundred dollars extra and pay to have it installed, you’re really into too much money for what you get.
