DESCRIPTION: Small Cool Mist Ultrasonic Humidifier for Plant Indoor Baby Nursery Kids Quiet Large Room Home Office Desk, Blue.
PROS: Cool-factor droplets (such a neat looking aesthetic). A nice ambient light source. Simple setup. “No light” mode for sleeping.
CONS: Wish there were more color options. Small reservoir (2.5 cups). Must use distilled water if you want to reduce the mineral dust and build up (but this is true for pretty much any misting humidifier out there.) The cable is tad short.

E. REVIEW: When the humidity starts dropping, we look for options to keep our plants, animals, instruments, and us humans from drying out. I’m not the biggest fan of mist humidifiers because of the mineral dust. But, we need some help because our humidity in Colorado starts dropping in September.
The little cube is so aesthetically appealing, it’s difficult to look away. The videos you see are accurate. That is exactly what it looks like.
It’s not a large room humidifier, so maybe a bedroom or office. If you have a door, that may help raise the humidity faster.
The setup was so simple. I used distilled water to reduce the mineral dust. Put in 2.5 cups of water, plug it in and turn it on. It’s that easy.
The unit was able to increase my humidity level from 32% to 34% is about 30 minutes. I’d like to get it to 40% – 45%.
My unit would ‘gargle’ or flush for about 10 seconds every 10 minutes or so. I’m not sure what it’s doing, but it is outside the normal operating sound. It’s not terribly annoying, but if disruption of a steady sound gets under your skin, the one I received would probably drive you crazy.
I docked the unit one star because of the mineral dust (or the need to feed the machine designer water to reduce the amount of dust). To be fair, I would dock any mist humidifier one star for this same reason since they all seem to have the same issue.

VALUE/VERDICT: For a single room, this would make a visually pleasing humidifier whether it be an office or bedroom.

I was called out by this product because I live in desert the air conditioning make the air dry. On the other hand you may experience drying caused by fireplace heated or climate.
The anti gravity effect is produced by a strobe light. You don’t really notice it if you’re looking straight at it, but it’s really noticeable if you’re looking away. The lighting effect is a little annoying. Works OK as a night light though.
It’s very quiet. It barely makes any noise when it’s on. Great for people who are sensitive to noise when they sleep.
I wish the capacity was just a little larger or it had an auto off feature. The tank only holds enough water for around 6-7 hours of on time. Near the end it starts to make a gurgling sound.

This smallish cool-mist humidifier is cool looking, nicely designed and works well. Because its ultrasonic, water is almost immediately turned into steam, a lot of steam, that billows out and covers the plants nearby. In addition to providing humidity, it has a nice light-based illusion that makes it look as if water droplets are anti-gravity, that is, instead of falling, they appear to be moving upwards. You can turn the light off and there is just a column of falling water, with steam, but without the illusion.
One thing to be aware of, the falling water is loud. I like the sound of it, but it might be distracting for some.
I had to look hard for this feature, and I found it online, rather than in the user’s guide or feature list: It has automatic shut off. When the water level reaches a certain point, not 100% dry, it turns itself off. I think this should be on top of the feature list.
I recommend this for plants and to generally add humidity to a medium sized dry room. The anti-gravity illusion is cool to watch, and the build quality is top notch.

Straight to the point, would not recommend this product for baby nursery rooms or kids room. The light effect to make it seem anti-gravity is strobe-like. You can’t tell until you really start to notice it. Do not turn it on as a night-light because it is a strobe light. The refilling the water part is a bit of a hassle because of the way that it is designed, but overall, the product is super cute. The setting is very basic, setting 1 is lights with anti-gravity effect, constant humidifier going. Setting 2 is lights off, water streaming down with constant humidifier going. Setting 3 is off. The box said it can be used with essential oil, but it was scratched off with a sharpie. And the instruction manual said no essential oil in the humidifier, so that was suspiciously confusing. In the end, I wouldn’t recommend it because of the light-effect. There’s so many cuter non-chinese made desk humidifiers out there.
