I must say that I am disappointed in the build of the stove. It appears to be pretty lightweight in its construction. Maybe it’s just that it is lighter in its build than the other stoves that I have had or been around. It will take a while to really be able to evaluate the stove. It is substantially lighter of build. Also it is made in China. Office is in Tennessee.

This is one of the poorest constructed wood stoves I have ever laid eyes on. It came severely damaged. Essentially it was crushed and that was due to the poor material quality and construction. The metal was so thin on the base it felt like sheet metal ductwork for your home HVAC system. No welds holding it together at all just one or two sheet metal screws. The firebox was so poorly made, that door would not even close without a lot of force….it looked like it was bent as well. Avoid this brand at all costs!

We have used this stove for 2 seasons now (burn daily from October – March). This has held up great. There were no issues with delivery, it came on time and in great condition. Installation was easy following the directions and we added the outside air intake system which makes a big difference when starting a fire or opening the damper to re-ignite the fire.
The inside firebox is 23 inches wide which is plenty big (you can fit a 24 inch log diagonal if you need to).
We use this in a 400 sq ft room and this stove has no problem keeping it warm (this stove is overkill for this size room) . I would agree with the other reviewers that this would not heat the advertised 2000 sq foot room. I removed a star for this reason.
All and all, I am very happy with this stove and it was a great purchase.

Bottom-line: If you want to heat more than 1, maybe two rooms in your home (500-800 sf total), then look for a larger wood stove.
I installed the AW2020-E model in the family room of my house, and the amount of heat it produces pales in comparison to the old 1980’s wood stove I previously had in the same space. I also installed a fresh air supply to this 2020-E/P model in hopes it would improve the heat output, but it still does not produce nearly enough heat to heat the family room of my house. The main advantage to the AW2020-E appears to be it burns about 70% of the wood volume compared to my old stove. The trade-off appears to be this new stove produces only 60-70% of the amount of heat as my old wood stove. Overall, the quality is fine, but the advertised ability of this wood stove to heat 2,000 sf is truly exaggerated.

It takes a little getting used to building a fire in this stove. Once you get the hang of it, it burns nicely.

When it’s out of arrive the back panel was damaged

Fire box area is too small. Can’t put much wood in. Doesn’t meet Ashley standards.

Wow, what a stove. I installed it after my Franklin stove cracked. I was afraid it wouldn’t be good for the low cost, but I’m thrilled. So much more efficient than my old stove.
